Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

BelgiumThe way the shower was built means the water does not drain easily. In our first room, the water didn't drain at all (drain was located at highest point of the shower). After informing the staff, we got a new room where the drain was much better placed. Thank you!
Excellent location, great place to unwind after running around the "hectic" city. Spacious, clean and lovely rooms. The food was amazing value for money! You can have dinner at the hotel (room service menu) for a really good price with great portions! We ate there both evenings. Lovely staff!

Central location in the Tahir Square, all shoping area at a walking distance, Museum next door, Khan Al Khalili market by taxi @100 Egyptian pounds, so loved the location. Our Standard Double room quite spacious than most 5star rooms. Lots of drawers and cupboard space. Decent big bathroom too, with a bidet spray. Staff welcoming. Breakfast spread good. Although they don't have a full fledge restaurant, a limited menu is available for room service.

CanadaThe building is an older buildind and there was not a power outlet in the bathroom for an electric shaver. This was a big inconvience for me. The breakfast was not my favorite. I spent about 10 days at the hotel and only went for breakfast twice.
