Excellent location a short walk to the main pyramids entrance. Room was comfortable and had a nice view of the pyramids. The view from the breakfast terrace was incredible. Staff were friendly and helpful

CanadaStaff were very pushy and kept asking us the same questions everyday no matter how many times we refused. Constantly asked for tips which is normal but got annoying. The room burned with disinfectant yet it was dirty, the bed was full of hair and stains.
Location was great with amazing views of the pyramids. Quiet area with good restaurants, safe walking around and easy to get cabs anywhere. Fantastic breakfast.

AustraliaI can’t fiault the property itself however some of the staff need to back off and not be so pushy with tours it made me feel very uncomfortable and like I was being watched everywhere I went because I didn’t take a tour through their motel I already had booked through Booking.com . I did not need that harassment.
