Some notes to help improve performance: 1. The resort needs renovation in terms of finishes and decor. 2. The restaurant lacks variety in seafood and oriental dishes. 3. The billiards and table tennis area is in very poor condition — it’s in an open space and not properly equipped. I believe it needs a better location and could be turned into a café or a proper game room if given the right space. Overall, the experience was good, and I rate it five stars.

The stay was enjoyable. What stood out the most was the friendly attitude of most of the staff and the feeling that everyone was working to ensure your satisfaction. One of the standout individuals was the lifeguard near the beach, Captain Hossam. He was friendly, dedicated to his work, and paid great attention to the children, which made me feel safe. The food was abundant, and the service in the restaurant was excellent. The beach was amazing, with a great variety of coral formations, which made swimming and diving a truly enjoyable experience. I saw types of fish that I could hardly believe my eyes. The level of cleanliness and organization was good, despite the large number of guests, and I didn’t notice any shortcomings. The entertainment activities were good and varied, and there were some truly world-class shows. I had a wonderful time, and I will definitely repeat the experience. I highly recommend visiting this place.

this was the first time to stay as a solo girl in this hotel and honestly because of the staff,manager and guest relations manager kindness and hospitality that i will return back again they made feel home, safe and enjoying all my 12days stay. thank you all the staff especially Mr ATEF, Mr shirin and the manager and all the breakfast staff. you really made my vacation 🌹

One of the most wonderful resorts I have ever stayed in. Clean luxurious fantastic royal place. All staff are wonderful and food is very wonderful and much. The buildings are like presidential palaces. All things are available exceeded our expectations. Mr. Shereen, Mohab, Mohamed, Seif and all the staff are very helpful and respectful characters. If I recommend, I recommend this place to stay in in all seasons. All the best.

The staff is very polite. The resort is very clean and kept together with a amazing staff. Tons of great food and a nice private beach. They even upgraded me to a suite with no additional cost. I stayed last year at Piramissa or now it's called V hotel and they are horrible in every category. I recommend Continental to anyone and even people with kids.

Great resort, clean, food was good, private beach was clean and not overcrowded, swing pool was clean and great, best view from my room next to the beach. Mahamed from the reception was great and help us settle down. Thank you maxamed for the warm welcome Will be busing again

The food wasn't good.they have to add a new dishes..to make a variety of choises. Especially the lunch..was very poor...

- the clients reserve the umbrella and shezlong at the main swimming pool by leave a toy or towel. its ok for max 1 hour, but not all the day. I think the hotel need to control it. -Alcoholic not included for all inclusive formal for local tourists only, on booking.com. despite the higher price.. I think that should be mentioned in clear way from booking.com and the hotel.

- Beach amazing, for swimming and snorkeling. and its huge and there are always available quit places along. - Swimming pools are clean and very comfortable. - Staff excellent, very helpful and friendly. - WIFI strong signal. - food good.

I wanna say that the hotel is really beautiful and the location was amazing and we really like the beach But the staff was treating us not good the enmation team they wanna take us to the night club and we don't want but they still asking for that they really disturbing us and the guys who working on the resption they don't wanna use their power to talk with us except rawan and mohamed meselhy they were very friendly and helpful and we wanna thank them for that but other staff was really rude
