IsraelBreakfast is poor, food is not that good. On our arrival the hotel had a problem it was out of water, (they fixed it the next day and gave us a better room) There was no WiFi (they said its a technical problem) and after 4 days when we had enough as tourists they gave us access to a surprisingly working wifi, that was there all the time. And for some reason booking charged my card after I specifically chose the option to pay in cash.
It had a nice pool and a sea view, although it didn’t have an access to the beach. But its in a quiet place, away from the center, and it was possible to get a taxi for 50 lira. The staff was nice and tried to meet our needs and fix any issues we had, and even upgraded our room after some problems, and got us anything we asked for. AMAZING STAFF especially Tarek, and the manager Ahmed. The rooms were big.

EgyptWhen i reached the hotel and checked in they gave me a single bedroom and told me that the breakfast is not included i sent them screenshot that it is a junior suite with multiple beds and has breakfast they saud the breakfast is only for you and not for the child and the room smelled drainage water, si dirty and dusty and the pool was so dirty and has muddy water because of the access dust. The hotel is not recommended and the service is so unprofessional I'm asking for a full refund.. I left the hotel because of the dirt and the unprofessional behavior.. Booking.com should be securing a full refund in case such thing is found i do have video and photos for that. I did not use the service. The hotel was like a ghost house.. Empty place no customers and that made me scared to stay there alone with my child. I also was wondering if i can add one more to the room but the property refused and they were enforcing my guest to book another room with triple the rate I booked with.. I do understand the rate change.

United KingdomThe room could be a little cleaner but was acceptable. There were no facilities at the hotel to get a meal or coffee. They only did Egyptian breakfast. Although the owner said a restaurant is coming soon. It's a long way from the centre so you'll need transport. We had a car, but if not, you will need a taxi.
The View is amazing. The staff didn't speak English but was OK with Google translation, and they were very helpful.

Pro The hotel is new, The room is quite big, AC works well, beds were comfortable, the bathroom is really nice, the wifi works, the view from room to the Dahab lagoona is amazing
