The hotel this time did not have WIFI - which is essential for me. Hard to check in early even if reported earlier. The price is average. The shower needs fixing for better water flow.

- This time we were offered somehow smaller room, it's not very convenient for moving around with stuff and bags, but it's good for light travellers. - The towels were not 100% clean. - The pillows are not very comfortable for a good sleep (70%) - personal opinion.

- The location is in the center of cairo - definitely an advantage. - Welcoming staff " Yassin " and he checked us earlier than we should. - Facilities are clean. - Great price. - Very good room equipped with AC.

Very bad hotel experience. From the moment I arrived, everything was disappointing — the entrance of the building was dirty and in poor condition. The elevator was unsafe and not suitable for human use. At the reception, the staff member (Seif) was extremely rude and disrespectful when I asked to pay by card. He told me card payments were not accepted, and when I suggested paying via Instapay transfer, he demanded an extra amount under the excuse of “withdrawal fees” — which I refused. Additionally, the taxes shown on Booking.com were inaccurate, and the actual amount charged at the hotel was higher. And for the room: • There were no towels at all • No kettle • The balcony wouldn’t close, and the window was broken and wouldn’t shut properly • The noise levels at night were extremely high Honestly, the staff they hire are damaging the reputation of the place. They don’t treat guests properly or respectfully, and many reviews on Booking.com mention their rude and unprofessional behavior. This was a very bad experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this hotel

The room was super dirty. We wanted to have another blanket because it was dirty. And they again bring us another dirty blanket just added parfume ?? After this night I experienced allergic reactions. I’m gonne add photos.. I don’t recommend anyone to stay here even if it’s free. Besides all these it has a good location unfortunately..

Can't say I didn't like the building and the entrance to the hotel, as a local I'm accustomed to it, but a foreign guest might find it eery and dark.

The location is worth it all. And the place is actually not what you'd expect. I was surprised to find such. A good quality hotel at such a nominal price. No wonder this place is rarely available and almost sold out always.

This is a small motel in a very old building. The entrance and the appearance are dirty and ugly. The left is old and not safe at all, very old type. The room is ok for the price. The extra charges are too high (25%). The motel can be rated at one star.

A very long list of what went bad. Would not recommend it to anyone. My flight was delayed, so I was arriving a day late. When I informed the hotel manager, he threatened to give my room which I booked to someone else. I had to convince him not to. When I arrived I was shocked by the state of the entrance and lift. There were exposed wires everywhere and dirty. The stairs had no lights. The lift had no door. I could see the inside of the lift which had wires everywhere and a motor oil can on top of it. Very dangerous lift for children. The rooms were not ready despite me coming a day late. Additionally, he was asking for more money to cover taxes. However, when I booked the room, taxes were included. He blamed booking.com and asked for more money, which I didn't give. The rooms were dirty. The toilet had stains and the toilet door was broken. Whenever I went to the toilet, I had to ask one of my family to open it again. I stayed for 9 days and he said someone would come and fix it but no one did. The shower head was broken in both rooms, and the roof was leaking into the toilet. The bed sheet was dirty and the drawers were broken too. The rooms were extremely noisy, I could hear all of the Cairo traffic throughout the night. I booked my room with breakfast but tea was not included or water. When I asked, he said it was extra money for tea and water. One day the lift didn't work, so we had to climb Staris to the 5th floor, my wife is asthmatic and this was hard for her. I asked the hotel manager to fix it but he was very rude. Would not recommend it to anyone. Very dirty, dangerous and rude staff. Stay away!!!
