I didn’t like Porto Marina itself, parking space is limited and the staff is aggressive trying to implement strange rules that I couldn’t understand.

The host is very friendly & helpfull. The unit itself was very well furnished, spacious & clean with a very nice view over the marina.

Fridge is moldy and don't work well , need to be replaced .kitchen utensils need more cleaning attention.

Location is awesome, Mr. Gamal is very helpful person, respond to any request on-time, he answers the phone whenever you need him, view more than awesome, night time is busy with restaurants and rides.

* Potro security stopped us two times without alignment with property staff and we checked-in one hour late. * The heater was not working and the water was freezing cold during our whole stay, we reported the problem 2 times to the property staff but didn't fix it.

The view is amazing. Well furnished. The owner was gentle and co-operative.

Location is good. Parking of vehicles is a big issue especially during the high season.

The location and view is excellent. Cleaning is above average. Access cards were not activated. Toilets plastic cover disconnected. One of the bed sheets unclean.

I booked one bedroom apt.I was give a studio apt. I complained and the owner was super nice and moved us to the one bedroom after 2 nights when vacant It was a misunderstanding In my opinion one bedroom apartment should have a bedroom separate from the living room But again the owner was a real gentleman and made me feel v. comfortable so was the bedroom apt.very spacious and bright Of course a bit noisy at night but no one sleeps early and you get used to it

Theroom itself is very nice. But pool, beach and Porto marina services not that much and was very crowded.

I'm thrilled to share our wonderful experience at Executive Royal Towers Apartment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this was going to be a memorable stay. Their communication was prompt, friendly, and incredibly helpful. When we encountered a small issue in the room, the host's quick response and efficient problem-solving skills left us impressed. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay remained undisturbed and enjoyable. Overall, our experience in this apartment was amazing, largely due to the efforts of the host. We left with happy memories, well-rested, and grateful for such a seamless and pleasant vacation rental experience. We wouldn't hesitate to return or recommend this apartment to friends and family.

There was no housekeeping nor iron . I asked for towels and bedsheets and it was provided by the owner.

The A/C is not working & the broker's attitude is unacceptable

Had to walk to sign security papers to an office 200 m away from the room. Host was waiting for us inside the flat, he had smoked a few cigarettes and used a coffee cup to extinguish them, which he left in the sink. Parking guy took 100 LE to secure a spot and when we cane back a fee hours later he was gone with the spot. Other guys helped though.

Our stay was too short

Amazing view, very clean and modern Apartment, very convenient, and Mr. Gamal was very accommodating and helpful. Also the owners were amazing and made our stay very nice and easy. I highly recommend to stay there..Definitely will be back soon.
