The variety of food is poor, it's virtually the same every meal. They rarely have the draught lager on by the pool and serve it you out of a bottle instead. They were giving me 10% king Sahara bloody horrible stuff and there was no other option except spirits. I'd come back out of season because it's so cheap but AI is pointless.

The staff are great and the location is only a 5 mins walk in the main square. I've been here a few times so knew what to expect.

The place needs some ambience, but it's pleasant enough!

Clean, safe and comfy. Friendly staff and a good spot if you just need a night or two. You can walk to the bay on foot.

I did struggle with the food. There isn’t much choice compared to other AI hotels in other countries, but I always managed to have something even if it was just salad. The showers were cold but a quick chat to reception and all sorted. Last but not least…. The Russians. I found them loud and rude always ready to argue.

The staff were fantastic. The hotel is clean. The rooms are a little dated but spotless. We had a lovely stay and are already thinking of coming back soon.

Big room but lil outdated. wardrobe door was broken. Smoking in the little bar area shouldn't be allowed. I'm a smoker, but walking through that confined space to go to the little shop in hotel was horrible at night with the smoke in there. Hot water was hit and miss sometimes.

If you want 5 star don't book. I loved this hotel. Basic, cheap, clean. I was only BnB, which was best for me. I needed a clean bed, a shower, and a pool. oh, and some sun obviously:-) The actual hotel is basic, but it suits my needs. It was all the brilliant staff that made the stay so enjoyable as a solo traveller. They made me feel welcome and couldn't do enough for me. Osama, the restaurant manager, was so helpful, even got me a kettle for my room, at a small cost, even sent coffee, teabags sugar to the room with the kettle. I was greeted for breakfast each day with a warm welcome. Hatem, Meta, and Khalid manage the pool area, use of clean towels every day. They made me laugh, feel comfortable, and sooo helpful each day. Couldn't do enough for me. Always smiling and willing to help where they could. There are too many other staff to mention. But it's the staff that make the hotel. They ALL work so hard, always a smile, and so respectful. It's definitely worth a visit, definitely. I made a mistake with my last booking at the end of my stay, but it was no problem for reception staff to help and sort it out at no extra cost to myself. The hotel is a great location in Naama Bay, and I have a little walk into the shops and restaurants. Great big pool, cold but lovely in the sun. If your negative and any little fault is a big deal, again, I'd say don't book. If you want a base that's centrally located, clean, and have a load of staff who make you feel like family and do anything to make your stay a good one, this hotel is the one. For the cheap price I paid for here, it was worth it to stay longer. I'd definitely recommend it, and I will definitely return.

The ridiculous,all inclusive beer was 20% volume Heinikin you had to extra for .very tight with timings..said bar open till 12 then it shut at 11pm Pool could do with a solar panel in winterc freezinh

1. The breakfast was the same everyday 2. No kettle in the room so we can only take the hot water at the restaurant 3. The room floor was dirty even though they have daily cleaning but never vacuum the floor 4. The wifi was bad, always loading 5. The water heater took some time to get hot and then on off again 6. The toilet bidet was spoiled and the hairdryer was not in function but after calling them to fix it 7. The shower area was too tiny

Staff always trying help you I had a room which was dark and window was facing wall - the next day I went to the staff Ahmed he is great 👍 told him I was not comfortable and down with room he moved me to another larger room with window facing pool area. The location is great. The food well is what you pay for it standard they always try a grill thing but you can have a meal and breakfast is basic but good 👍

The shower is small for a standard room and the water does not circulate properly, sometimes hot, sometimes cold, it is unclear.

The price agreed with booking.com wasn’t the price I had to pay at the reception which is not correct!! They have cashed a higher price.

All in all is fine for the low budget traveller.

The facilities are very old, staff are doing their best to maintain it, but there is just that much one can do. Standard room has window open to corridor, so one probably will have it covered most of time.

All the staff are very kind, located walking distance to Naama Bay, at least when it's not too hot. Very economical option

- Food taste and varieties - Cleaness - Beach is far from the hotel, you have to walk under 50 degree temperature and the sun above your head for 12 minutes to reach the beach. I don't know why the hotel is not providing shuttle bus from hotel to beach and vice versa - usually no available places on the beach .

Slow check in process, Lobby was very hot Lunch and breakfast minimal no boiled eggs no hot drinks in dinner for half board drinks are awful ... . Beach is 1km walk with no free transportation and needs to take tickets daily from reception, the beach also denies food and drink from outside. House keeping hates Thier jobs and does it half a**ed only showed up 2 times in my 4 night stay.

Good value for money, the oriental coffee ahop owner is the best thing about this hotel, very hospitable and the prces are very reasonable.
