    Location for the hotel

    Bad services, No WiFi, Bad housekeeping, Bad food quality (suppose to be free breakfast, but they provide bad food quality, bad health and hygiene inside), reception staff not qualify to this positions (lack of experience to deal with the customer).

    Good location, nice staff

    Outdated rooms in need of refurbishment, Wi-Fi could improve. Staff were not aware of booking made through booking.com. It took a while to call someone to verify the booking status.

    Expensive compared with quality, no heater and tea in rooms , windows can’t be closed completely and all night feel cold because air can cross

    The view from the room is amazing. This is the only good thing about the hotel.

    The hotel is very old and should be out of service. The room was stuffy and smells of dust. Chairs and beds are all old. The pool was not working during all our stay. I woke up in the morning with no water in the tub for two hours. The man on the reception is extremely rude. He made it feel as it is normal for not having water in the room. He talked to me with crossed hands telling me it's not a big problem. I added his picture for the management. Breakfast was horrible with old food and a very smelly dining area! Very dirty. We refused to eat and they didn't give us back the money back! We paid for 4 breakfasts. I booked a room with three beds and the extra bed was broken with a squeaky sound. The toilet is another disaster! The door doesn't lock, hair drier is not working and very old. The tub leaks!! The gym was closed during all of my stay! The hotel smelled of smoke where ever you go. I highly do not recommend this hotel.

    “Since you arrived at the hotel, you have been causing issues. You were not satisfied with the room, so we showed you multiple rooms and even offered to upgrade you to a suite, but you refused. We also offered to deduct the breakfast cost from your booking in an effort to satisfy you in every possible way. The receptionist, whom you photographed, tried to accommodate you and was preparing the refund for the breakfast when you assaulted him, raised your voice, and insulted him. You also took photos of him, which is unacceptable. Your claims lack credibility and respect for the staff, despite all their efforts to please you. Thank you for your poor review.”

    The hotel is in a great location the room had a view of the Nile river and the pyramids. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast is complimentary with a good variety

    There was no running water on my last morning.
