Dog barking

I was kindly allowed to do an early check in due to the overnight travel from Cairo and was picked up from the centre. Amany was great and very friendly but the only english speaker in Seliya. The place is located away from town centre so it's not affected by its noise , however I didn't sleep for 2 nights in a row because of the hotel's dog barking in the internal garden.. which went on for hours in the middle of the night... This was the big and only minus for me. There is not much going on near the hotel but the tuk tuk to town is only 40 Egyptian each way and Amany can arrange food delivery if needed. The place is really pretty and lots of places in the garden when you can hang out or relax, mosquitos permitting. Would be nice to see some mosquitos traps so that the time in garden is more enjoyable.

I saw the standard rooms and was not impressed , but was very happy with the delux room i was given

I stayed in a dulux room in new block which was very large and clean, saterlite tv, large bathroom plenty of hot water, no ac but wall fan and seprate free standing fan which i prefered ,grounds very nice, manager spoke very good english and allways helped when asked Tuc tuc into or from town centre was 30 pounds and 5 minutes but too far to walk

Breakfast very basic and the same everyday.

The place is in a good location. It has the basics for one-two days in Siwa. Breakfast is ok, and service is ok. Big rooms and air conditioner works perfect. The information about the tour given to me from Amany was extremally helpful and honest. I really recommend her to contact her before coming to Siwa. Thanks a lot

The amazing space, outside seating, and the cute cats. Amany was amazing and made sure my stay was comfortable. The staff is really amazing and gave me great suggestions on where to go. I highly recommend this place. It makes you feel relaxed.

I came here as a solo female traveler and my time in siwa was amazing! Amany was so sweet and helpful throughout my stay and the whole staff was so nice and made sure i was ok at all times . Amany was able to check me in early due to a very long bus ride i had the night before and upgraded me to a bigger room which i really appreciate so much ☺️! She went above and beyond by coordinating my tours , resolving a minor inconvenience i had with a local vendor and providing exceptional customer service. I loved my time here so much that u even extended my stay. And my tuk tuk driver Ashrafhe was super SUPER nice and such a cool guy, he always made sure i was good and took great care of me anywhere we went,he is now someone i consider a good friend in Egypt , and he takes amazing pictures as well😂 Thank you so much Amany for making my first time in siwa the most memorable one! I will carry those memories deep in my heart🤍 next time i go to siwa, i will stay here again😄 Yours Truly- Yajaira

Old rooms are shabby and not worth the price. Rooms in the new building are way better. Unfortunately you cannot see which room you are booking. Nice garden to sit in but lots of flies in the morning and sandflies in the evening. Breakfast was good. Road to center and to Cleopatra spring is not nice. There are hotels that have nicer surroundings. Except for the friendly manager noone speaks English. Excellent organisation of a good private car to/from Cairo and Alexandria ($ 130/100).

Where can I start! My stay at Seliyaa Hotel was incredible from the moment we arrived to our departure. Amany was so lovely and made us feel so welcomed. Staff and service were incredible. Very comfortable hotel in a great location, and loved the outdoor common areas.

A very peaceful and beautiful place. Amany is the best host - a calm, warm and helpful presence. Close enough to the main town (we walked once and it was about 20 mins) but you can get to anywhere for a cheap price in a tuk tuk. The desert safari was incredible! we opted for a private one with dinner and it did not disappoint - so much fun with incredible stars and Amany booked us the best chef in town who cooks the food under the sand. Would recommend!

The staff were super friendly and helpful. They ordered our bus tickets that we had problems with ourselves. They gave us a free ride to downtown. Honestly all of them are such welcoming and nice staff. The breakfast included was huge and outstanding. And also there were so many cute animals all around us like dogs, cats and a turtle. 1 dog even gave birth to the cutest puppies while we were there so if you want a cuddle puddle with some new born puppies, this is the place to be. We were so relaxed and the accomodation is the most beautiful I have seen in all of egypt. The photos do not lie!!!

It is far from the city center and it is hard to get a ride.Going to the hotel from the city was always a struggle as tuktuk drivers didnt speak english and even if I showed them the hotel name and photos they still wouldnt know where it was.Id always dial the hotel and have the driver talk to them.Going to the city from the hotel was harder as there are few tuktuks that would pass by.For the first time in years i occupied my room without being checked in because there was no one at the reception. THERE was a guy who I think was a care taker but not in charge of checking in guests.He wanted to keep my passport and he would just placed it on the desk unattended.The guy in the afternoon of march 7 didnt help me hail a tuktuk.He just ignored me.There was no hot water in the shower and it is cold in march.The water would also suddenly stop

Beautiful & calm place to enjoy the atmosphere of Siwa, close to the center and the staff is so friendly. I booked a single room. The room was big and clean. It has a private bathroom, AC and small balcony with a view on the hotel garden.

I was absolutely devoured by mosquitos all throughout the night. You’d think there was a spawn point in the room. Also, there is no path from the bathroom to the rooms so your feet are forever dirty

The bungalow room was so cute and cozy and the staff was extremely friendly. Wifi was strong, lighting was nice.

The hotel had a very relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful garden with lots of lounge areas and nature all around. It was only a 5-minute car ride from the city center where all the shops and restaurants were located. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff is EXTREMELY friendly!! They helped us organize tours, gave great recommendations, and made our overall experience better. They really cared about our experiences and went beyond expectations (walked us to a restaurant, helped us find transportation, checked on us, offered us to do late check-out without extra costs).
