I had a great experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Everything was well organized and in perfect order. A special thank you to Noha and Abdallah for their kindness and professionalism, they made my stay even more pleasant. Highly recommended!

The hotel service and their incredible staff, Abdullah, Mariam and Noha, they have been very helpful and greats hosts. It has also been very convenient and appreciated to communicate through WhatsApp.

The beautiful staff were so kind and helpful in helping guests with things that seemed difficult. This is the first time I've seen a hotel like this. The rooms are clean and well managed, and the location in Cairo is good for travelers. I've already made a reservation for a return visit!(because someone lovely🥰) The consideration for the customer first made me feel so good!😊

It's a little bit lacking in soundproofing, but not enough to really bother me😉

The room was nice and clean - it was according to the photos Easy access to downtown Excellent staff - Noha is simply the best, she cares about the customers, gives great travel tips and really and easy going person overall (definitely made our stay super easy and made me and my husband feel welcomed everyday). The perfect example of not needing to be on a 5* hotel to have excellent staff treatment.

Everything was nice, but the only thing we would recomendo is for the hotel to check the electric sockets, the ones we had near the bed were making electric shocks and sometimes they would unplug even when the connector was fully in

I spent 10 days in Cairo in this Hostel between 5- 15 May 2025. If you belong to this kind of tourist who prefer to stay at down town , busy ,crowded city and you have a thin wallet so proceed to read my review : 1- The Hostel Most of buildings in down town Cairo are old and have an italien style and Future Hostel one of them ,BUT your romm has all necessary facilities such as Tv, Refrigator and own path/ toa and thats enough for passing by tourist. 2- The Hostels Staff a- Reception : highly service minded crew . Very kindly and stand by for helping at any time Dont hesitate to ask for any help. My best regards to lady Noha who has a deep smile at all time , Captain Mahmoud and sergant Kerim . b- Service ( cleaning /breakfast) The leader is Om Roa and her fellows whom do thier best and give any help immediatley for you if you need . Best regads to all of them Higly recommend

The room was so clean and the view from the balcony was magnificent, Noha made me feel home and welcomed, the quality/price ratio in all of downtown Cairo !

The staff are very friendly and knows eactaly how to make hers customers satisfy. Kindness, Respectfulness, Service-Minded Personality,Professionals always find solutions to your problems and try to answer you every singel question just to make you staisfy. Highly recommend, will be back again for sure. Finally Big Thank To Miss Noha & Miss Zianab two wonderful ladies With Golden Finger.

Nothing To Complain, Enjoyed My Stay 100%..

Location is central, next to metro station & shops for basic needs, making it convenient. All the staff & owner were super excellent which was a huge plus. Cleaning is done daily, which a lot of establishments don't. The rooms are private like it is in hotels and not dorm bunk- bed rooms, though the name is hostel. So you have your own comfortable room. While the building exterior, doorway & lift looks typical of old buildings in old neighborhoods, the interiors are renovated with modern amenities & facilities, so don't go by the exterior. It's well worth the price & comfort. Highly recommend

Great location in central Cairo, next to the metro. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room with great TV (Netflix). Fabulous modern shower unit with hot water.

There was mould in the corners of the ceiling. Entrance has no sign (it does say No 2, but not the hotel name). Breakfast is either in the room, or in a limited space with just two tables. Breakfast was somewhat slow as it is made by two hard working women trying to operate in a very small kitchen space.

The staff were excellent the hostel was clean and the room was quiet so I slept well, it was not street facing which is good for sleep. The receptionist were great and happy to offer any help I will stay in this hostel again. Thanks

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel, truly giving off a 'home sweet home' vibe. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The location is fantastic, close to everything you could possibly need, making it super convenient. I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay

Great location perfect for exploring the city. The staff were very nice and accomodating and the room was large and comfortable. Best showers in all of Egypt.

It doesn’t look best from the outside but inside is fine. Had some issues with electric sockets but they fixed them right away.

Great small hotel in the perfect location, the staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Zeinab. Ignore the outside as its all new and renovated in the rooms.

The rooms are better than they look in the pictures… very clean! Bed and pillows are amazing! Shower is amazing!

Workers seem to be always out of the reception when you need them… once I was waiting from 8:00 until 9:15 to get breakfast and end up leaving without it…

We arrive at 7am, they confirmed before, but when we come, the room was not prepared. They offer other room in Abdeen hostel, same building, extra charge. We stay there all time. They write bad day for check-out, day earlier. They apologize and give us free taxi to airport.

Located in a side street, next to the entrance to the subway station (M2). Entrance to the hostel unmarked, you need to enter the first floor. Small room, clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast served by the staff. The hostel has a kitchen for general use with a kettle, gas cooker and utensils.

The hostel offers an airport transfer for $15 (one way), while an uber costs EGP 250 ($5).
