Staff was great ,the terrace where breakfast is served open air ,was just behind the actual pyramid just like the photo on your site . Very clean and very very friendly people and management . we had a great evening at the pyramids show ,seeing them at night . The rooms were so so GOOD and CLEAN and professional set up . The beds were so comfortable and Good soft and expensive I think . I would recommend it if people want to see the pyramids in day time and night time ,this hotel is IDEAL

Exceptional Review – Garden Pyramid View Hotel ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I stayed at the Garden Pyramid View Hotel with my two kids for two days, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The service was absolutely the best in the area—every staff member was kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Our room was clean, comfortable, and perfectly suited for a family. The highlight was the stunning view of the pyramids from the garden—it felt magical, especially at sunset. My kids loved the peaceful atmosphere and the friendly staff who made them feel at home. Exceptionally accommodating and friendly staff. Very helpful manager who arranged our tour and airport transfer. Great view from the rooftop terrace. Complimentary cold water.

In our room, the drain in the shower wasn't working properly, plus the lack of shower door caused a bit of flooding in the bathroom.

it was clean nice and easy to find by yourself but i loved the terrace looking at the pyramid with the complimentary tea was very nice i loved every second of it.

nothing about the hotel but the ubers found it hard getting here but it wasn’t a big issue

The staff were really nice and helpful. Really helpful with the kids esp with the youngest one being 2. Location to pyramids is excellent and the view on the roof is fantastic when having breakfast. Mohammed also organized the activities and your guide which was a big help.

The hotel is located slightly away from the main roads so a bit of a mission to just pop out and grab something. Fortunately the staff were super helpful.

Everything was good. Staff and owner was helpful and kind. They informed us about touristical places, they gave us advices even though its eid, they tried to exchange our money for us. Everytime we came to hotel they served us tea- very delightful gesture, we appreciate it-. And breakfast was super. Location was good, we found it easily. Hotel is next to a lake. neighbourhood was calm and peaceful. And we slept very deep sleep in slience.

The bed were comfortable. Room was clean. Staff was generally kind.

Bathroom was unusable, wc broken, shower leaking. Had to use a different room in the morning , after discussions, to survive. I found out after arriving that the owner had sold my reservation to a different hotel, hence i did not even really stay in the rooms/ hotel i reserved.

The hotel was simple but nice and clean, and it's off the busy, smelly and noisy roads. Breakfast was also simple but nice on the rooftop terrace overlooking the pyramids. Both the pyramids and the wonderful new Grand Egyptian Museum are very close. The best part was the staff, especially Mohammed and Ahmed, who were very kind, helpful and generous with everything. They helped arrange transportation, exhanged money at the official rate and always made sure there was bottled water in our rooms for free. They made us fresh and delicious barbecued chicked dinner at 11.30 pm when we arrived hungry from the airport.

The only recommendation I would give is to put a small lamp by the beds.

Everything was great from start to finish. Although we checked out at night, they greeted us at the entrace. When we went to see the terrace, they offered us drink. They put a heater in the room just in case. The breakfast was not buffet, I think it was better this way for each of us with separate services. The location was also good, within walking distance to the pyramids. The rooms were very clean. Everybody is very friendly, helpful and understanding. They helped us with understanding due to the time of our return flight. I have no doubt that if we stay in the Giza region again, we will prefer here again.

Very good breakfast, but the music was loud. Very friendly and helpful staff. Giza pyramids and GEM museum are at walking distance.

Good breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. Especially the manager is extremely helpful, flexible and ready to respond to everything. The location is excellent - walking distance from the entrance to the Giza Plateau. And if you need anything else - just ask the manager ;)

The room was not cleaned for 6 days. Not a big deal, but I guess for that price they should at least throw out the trash.
