Everything. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. The food was amazing, with a lot of varieties to choose from, and it was very tasty. The staff is super friendly and greets you with a smile anywhere; they are very helpful, and they work around the clock to make everyone's stay as perfect as possible. They are very attentive and always respond to requests in no time.

Probably that the breakfast buffet closed a little before 10.30. May be a good thing to do is to extend the time till 11.00 am.

I loved the food variety offered at the breakfast buffet. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They smile and greet whenever they make eye contact. They truly go beyond to assist guests.

At first, I was bothered by the number and size of the beds in the room, which was not suitable for two adults and two children, as there were only two single beds, and I intended to escalate, but in the end, the crisis was overcome and a third bed was added, and this problem did not affect the standard of accommodation. As for the other notes, they are for improvement, as it is preferable to install clothes hangers in the corners of the hidden balcony to hang wet clothes, as well as increasing the number of sitting chairs around the pool, as there are some empty spaces, and maintenance of the large blue seating areas, especially the backrest, as well as improving the quality of ice cream because, unfortunately, it has no taste, and improving the quality of air conditioning in the reception area and the escalator area, and other things are good.

All the staff without exception are dedicated to serving you and you only find a smile, welcome and quick service. I also liked the cleanliness of the room and the quality of the air conditioning to the point that we turn it off when we sleep. The shower water is fixed at a certain degree, cold and refreshing, and sometimes we mix it with hot water despite the heat and humidity. As for the food buffet, it is satisfactory and has a reasonable variety. I liked the large pool area, which allows you more comfort while swimming. In conclusion, this is a beautiful resort and I will return to it.

To be honest, nothing that I didn't not like

I really like how professional they are. The food was really delicious. Miss roqaia, the manager of the restaurant, she was really nice with my kids and with us as well she was smiling at all times, and she shows how professional she is. Thank you very much. The housekeeping was also very clean and organized. Mister kreem did a great job The environment of the hotel was really nice

The property is far away from restaurant and lobby.. Staircase >> 48 step from pool, then there is an escalator in the main building to the restaurant and lobby which is a good thing

Cleaned and variety of food buffet, as well as the friendliness of the staff and safety of the property…. My kids kept loosing their phones and I pass all over the place at various times of the day and we find them instantly within minutes at the front Desk…. There was a miscommunication between the receptions you call from the room and the personal people at reception. I called and asked about something and received a different answer from when I personally went and asked. The website and activities there need updating as well.

The facilities were amazing. The staff were kind and wanted us to be happy and relaxed. My children enjoyed being at the hotel, swimming, eating, snacking, and just relaxing! Food was awesome. It's also safe.

I'm a repeater guest at this resort for about 10 years, and this time was one of the best. Staff was great as usual, specially Mostafa and Amir at reception, also Anwar and Mohamed at Sky Lounge. Finally i would like to send my special thanks to the new chef. i think the resort need new idea and keep up the development.

Everything is brilliant! This hotel is the place of my heart and my soul. I stayed here for the second time and will return many times for sure. Huge thank you to the hotel personnel. These people make a great work every single day. You feel like the most valued guest from the very first step. Everybody here is happy to welcome and host you! Their smiles and questions are sincere and open. Everywhere is clean and green. There are a lot of flowers and calm places for relax. Food at the restaurant is so delicious that's impossible to stop. Qualitative alkohol and good cocktails (I didn't have a headache at all). Everyday you can find there something new and interesting, including several live food stations. Great thank to whole hotel team for this unbelievably wonderful experience. See you soon ❤️

They said that the breakfast from 7:00 to 10:30 but they start removing the breakfast at 10:00 which was not sufficient for the delayed people
