The floor Carpet of the hotel is the only issue its in very bad shape.

The price was 41$ for a queen size bed room with breakfast. The second night we booked for 25$ without breakfast.

The muezzin is extremely loud, you wake up 4.30 at the morning every day for their screaming.

Only a few minutes walk from the sea, we had a room with sea-view at the 10th floor, we loved it. The employees are very kind and helpful, the breakfast is above average in Egypt.

Lack of normal coffee on breakfast (only instant). Problem with check-n (30min of waiting at 22.30 is ridiculous - due to issue with info from booking.com?) Door problem - auto locking once leaving was not working.

The hotel welcomed us very warmly and the whole stuff was very helpful. They helped us with getting a taxi back to Cairo airport, which was very important to us and also did another small favor, which we appreciated a lot. The whole staff was warm and helpful. The breakfasts were very good, a combination of western and local cuisine, i particularly liked the Egyptian bread and "bean porridge" and my sister appreciated fresh omelettes every morning. The orange juice, freshly squeezed, was delicious. We really enjoyed our stay there, if we ever go back to Alexandria, we will choose the same hotel.

Reception area illuminated with dim yellow lights and old furniture. Hotel entrance doors are not equipped with both ways motion sensors, you need to know which door will open for exit & which for entrance 🤔

1. The room was a little dimmed because it is lack of lights 2. The twin beds were old and sink because the spring is weak 3. The breakfast served at the restaurant same everyday 4. Wifi was no connection during one of my stays even I had asking to IT man to help

1. The morning shift male receptionist was kind enough to let us check in early because we were too tired after long bus journey 2. Daily cleaning and mineral water top up 3. Safe to stay in this hotel 4. Big room 5. The other staff are all friendly 6. Walkable to the main road where near the beach and nearby there are many restaurants 7. TV, AC, kettle, fridge and heater all worked in good condition

The rugs are a bit worn off, they need to be changed. Breakfast is good but the bakery was a bit dry, the coffee machine didn’t work and a little bit of a variety would be great. Also the mattresses need to be changed as they’re not comfortable enough.

It was a great location, in the heart of the city, near to everything. The staff is very helpful starting from the check-in to the dinning areas. Spacious rooms and very clean. Not noisy at all.

Staffs are helpful and friendly. Especially Mahmoud Gamal is pretty kind. He accepted to check-in early even though I got to the hotel before check-in time. The location is good to take some sightseeings easily. Room is clean and spacious so that you can stay comfortable.

Carpet at corridor flooring needs to be replaced as regular maintenance to complete this harmony of perfection. Thumbs up for the hotel Staff.

The staff was so friendly, they upgraded my stay to be on the executive floor (11th floor) with a spectacular view of the seaside. The customer service was really proactive by asking me about my opinion concerning housekeeping, maintenance and breakfast. Breakfast was so yummy especially the cheesecake and fresh juice. You can find a car parking (with extra cost) near the hotel.
