My stay at the hotel was amazing, I really enjoyed every moment. The sea is beautiful and clean, and the animation team made the atmosphere so much fun. A special thanks to Mr. Wael and Abdel Fattah from the reception for being so helpful and welcoming, and for arranging breakfast boxes for us when we went on a trip. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend this place.

A four-star hotel in Hurghada that offers a five-star concept. All staff are friendly and welcoming, and the food is amazing. The hygiene standards are top-notch, deserving of 10 stars. The rooms feature comfortable beds, superb cleaning services, and each room has a wonderful view. Most importantly, you encounter a team that genuinely cares about the guests. Staying at sunrise Alma bay resort was great. From day one even before I arrive to the hotel front manager Mr. Wael has been fantastic and very helpful. Him and his team goes over and beyond to accommodate us to make sure that we get all we need and makes us as comfortable as they can. We had an amazing time at Sunrise Alma Bay Resort in Hurghada. The whole place is beautiful – from the clean beach and pools to the spacious and modern rooms. Food was always fresh, tasty and with a lot of variety. What really made the difference was the staff. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and a special thanks goes to Mr. Wael, who was incredibly helpful and professional. He made us feel very welcome and cared for throughout our stay. Overall, a fantastic all-inclusive experience that I can highly recommend!

The food is not the best but okay. Beach entertainment is limited as sea trips and activities such as sofa or banana boats are not available. Aqua park is also limited.

The staff is welcoming and quick to resolve any issues. The animation team is amazing, doing their best to keep everyone entertained with the resources available. The rooms are clean and comfortable.

I appreciate letting the bedouin corner and shisha work for early morning time, as 12:30 not logically specially in summer as we start going there around 10 to 11 pm

The beach is sandy and clean. The rooms are practical, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The meals are varied and of high quality. I would like to thank Mr. Abdel Fattah first for his kind, beautiful spirit and constant commitment to ensuring our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. I would also like to thank Mr. Mohamed at the reception, who worked to accommodate us in the rooms with ease and comfort. Chef Al-Qadi is an expert at preparing the most delicious and delicious meals. The beach, accommodation, and room service were excellent. Room Conditions: The furniture felt very old, and the bathroom was in a dilapidated state. It’s in need of serious refurbishment. À la Carte Restaurant: This was a letdown—the food and service didn’t meet expectations, and the main restaurant offered a far better experience. Service Model: You had to specifically request everything, rather than being served proactively, which made dining feel a bit inconvenient. Bar Access: Bars closed early—even during beach shows—and the only available bar after hours was at the reception, far from the beach area.

Main Restaurant: The food quality was genuinely impressive throughout our stay, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Beachside Shows: The entertainment on the beach added a lively atmosphere and was enjoyable while it lasted.
