What wonderful hosting. Ahmed was amazing and helpful, and flexible It's the first time and it will be not last. The studio was clean / he was care about haugen and relaxed atmothfur. Pool view such like a private pool.

Small things & being Handeled

I had a fantastic three-week stay at Ahmed’s Delta apartment! The apartment is in a great location—just a short walk from the private pool, which was perfect for relaxing. It has a lovely balcony, two comfortable beds, and a small but very handy kitchen that made it easy to prepare our own meals. It’s also conveniently located about 10 minutes’ walk from local shops and restaurants, which made getting around super easy. Ahmed was a wonderful host—kind, approachable, and always ready to help. He answered all our questions quickly and made us feel very welcome from day one. As a scuba diver who hadn’t been diving for a while, I really appreciated Ahmed introducing me to a refresher diving course. We did dives from both the shore and the boat, and he was incredibly patient, thorough in his explanations, and always made sure I felt safe and confident underwater. Thanks to him, I fully enjoyed getting back into diving. He also arranged a memorable trip to Dahab, including an evening at a Bedouin camp and dinner at a lovely restaurant there—such a great experience! I would highly recommend staying at Ahmed’s apartment if you’re looking for a well-located place with a genuinely friendly and helpful host. Thank you for everything, Ahmed!

2 minutes walk from the bus terminal. 5 minutes walk to the carrefour. Excellent selection of restaurants on-site, all very good value for money. Really nice place.

Great value apartment with a very kind host

The property was very clean and had everything you need.the pool was very close. The security was very close. I was a female Solo traveller and I felt very comfortable and very safe. It was very cheap and the owner Ahmed was a very amazing man. He goes above and beyond for his visitors and allowed me to stay extra in the room before checkout because my flight was late. I would 100% recommend this apartment for location value for money and amenities.

Ahmed is amazing such a lovely guy. We love Delta as our friends Iive there so this is ideal for our vacation visits. Already booked again for upcoming vacations before leaving. Wouldn't book with anyone else . ❤️

The host Ahmed was a great man.He was in touch with us everytime.He waited us , although we came very late in the midnigt.Do not even think one minute to stay at Ahmed's flat.The flat is cosy and you can find everything in there.The flat is located in the downtown.Everywhere is walkimg distance far.

Very nice location, place was clean, tidy and spacious, and the owner is such a nice guy who always replies to your enquiries asap. Would definitely reccommend :)

The location is perfect if you are planning to visit different areas everyday, as it is near of almost everything. The apartment is located in a resort, which it helps for transportation (giving directions to drivers and pick up location for day-trips booked). The apartment has a small terrace which is good and it is so close to one of the swimming pools.

The place is dirty, but specially the bathroom and the bed sheets (that is why I always travel with my own disposable sheets). One of the reasons I chose this apartment was because it says it has WI-FI, but it does not work AT ALL. The air conditioning works, but it is very noisy so it is difficult to sleep "well". One of the things I didn't like neither was that the owner asked for a 5 star review, offering a free night in exchange, which is unfair because I don't think the reviews are truthful and, as it happened to me, at the end you see the good reviews and believe the place will be great and you finally decide to book it instead of other rooms/apartments/resorts you were also considering.

It's a gated community with several pools, and good location overall (although not at the coastline).

The internet in the area is very shaky, and we even had a blackout, but that is not the fault of the apartment, rather Egyptian infrastructure overall.

Clean, spacious, cozy apartment

Fantastic location. The host is extremely helpful and the space is perfect, even for extended stays! Quiet and with everything you need. I felt right at home. Also, if you want to do scuba diving while staying, the host is an excellent instructor with competitive rates.

Owner Ahmed is a very helpful guy. He started to communicate before the day of my arrival. I could'nt be able to purchase a diving Mask before my flight. He is a diving instructor and he gives his mask to me for usage. Also mentioned and guided about the sightseeing places. And the last day although i left the apartment, he kept my luggages and bag till 06:00 / 18:00 PM while i was in a bout tour. The apartment is right at the middle of major places. At the main gate there are always taxis waiting and village is located on the main Road Elsalam so each second minibuses are ready for your usage. Definitely priceworthy place with a kind owner. No need to look for somewhere else

Nothing, the only thing that can be improved is a little bit renovation of bathroom.
