It needs a bit of cleaning. Especially the bathroom.

The flat has good air, sun is going inside which is healthy and place is spacious.

Make the place place more clean. The staircase has a lot of trash and the reception is very dark and not presentable. Make it more inviting.

I booked 2 bedroom apartment sea view based on the photos When I arrived they told me my unit is City view The photos were for all units they have So before booking you have to check the photos of the unit you will have

The apartment is close to beaches, restaurants, and cafes. It is clean and quiet.

Excellent view, location, amazing experience The view was stunning, and the place was clean and comfortable. We even preferred to stay on the balcony all day it was perfect and very relaxing. Special thanks to Mr Ahmed, he was in charge of the time of our stay. Really, he was doing above and beyond. He helped us on everything, answering every question at any time in the day Our stay would not be perfect without him. We would love to come back and visit again, definitely

Lazy staff not clean room with nasty smell so ugly view bathroom was unclean smelling so bad i talked to staff to solve it but nothing happened so bad experience this year

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing in almost every aspect. The cleanliness was poor, the facilities were outdated, and the overall comfort was lacking. However, I would like to highlight the receptionist, Mr Ahmed Khalid who was polite and respectful throughout. He did his best to make the experience more pleasant despite the hotel's many shortcomings. I truly appreciate his professionalism, but I would not recommend this hotel.

-The washing machines are very weak and poor , it doesn’t dry the clothes and we had to dry it by our hands which was very uncomfortable - The heater did not work properly and the water was very cold you have to double check it before your stay specially if you have kids

-The location was very nice and near the beach - the place was air conditioned - the staff was very nice and and he offered us a free upgrade to a better apartment with partial sea view

The spaciousness of the location, the sea view, and the friendly and caring staff made a positive impression on me. The staff's willingness to assist and provide advice was commendable. I was particularly impressed by the complimentary upgrade to a larger space.

The Stuff is friendly. Mr. Mostafa and Mohammed werr so helpful and everytime i need help they were there. They give you recomnendations for the best beaches, attractions, resturants etc.. The location is not away from center and a couple of minutes from sea. The appartment ist large with all facilities like kitchen etc.. I recommend the appartment.
