Everything was fine, for our two night stay.

I absolutely loved the proximity and the fantastic view of the pyramids from our balcony and especially the roof top. The rooftop view was magical, to sit and have breakfast with that view and evening meal was amazing!

I’m not used to porter staff expecting tips for every little thing, I prefer to give tips for exceptional service, not for people doing their job they are paid for. 1 staff member in particular was not very trustworthy and he knows that I know.

Our suite was amazing, the top floor restaurant has the best view of the pyramids. The reception and restaurant staff were very accomodating, assisting us in arranging tours local to the hotel and authentic in their treatment of all patrons, knowledge of local availability was also helpful.

Wi-Fi was not working and the room not the best. I didn’t go out from the hotel at night if not with a taxi, so I can’t tell about the surroundings but didn’t look nice.

Location is amazing.. they have probably the best rooftop facing the Sphinx and pyramids. You can watch the lights show from there. Food at the restaurant was great! Samir was very helpful with everything and arranged tour guides for two days.

Lack of more food options around the area.

The distance to the pyramids was decent. We had close by Pizza Hut and KFC, which was great. The staff was very friendly and walked us to and from the location. Tito the hotel taxi service did very well taking us to sight see.

While the hotel itself is head and shoulder better than anything around it, its cleanliness is not the best it could be. A few things in the rooms don’t work as they should.

Location doesn’t get any better. Timeless view of the pyramids from the restaurant at the rooftop. Staff are very friendly. Sunset views are amazing. Pyramid entrance is just a few minutes away. Breakfast was good.

No free wifi :( have to purchase a sim card from them cost 25usd And oh I forgot , just maybe change a new shower door and shower faucet because its getting old already but still works , just saying for the future 🙂 The breakfast setup needs improvement in terms of organization and also having a new utensils since theyre using old buffet chafing dish and hot water containers maybe better upgrade to look more nicer. Sometimes the 2nd floor elevator door is hard to open.. (I communicated it to them, so hope theyll work on it for the future)

The Location to see a full view of the Pyramids in the hotel rooftop is super nice.

Room needs some upgrades especially toilet and shower. The area is too crowded and during the nights are very noisy and was impossible to sleep. Dirty area around the hotel because of the locals that are passing with camels and horses.

Tv wasn't working. Informed twice the reception, they said will be fixed next day. But wasn't fixed during our stay. There was a miscommunication regarding a package tour we took. Better clarification needed to explain package.

If you are an animal lover you should be aware that all the horse and carts wait outside the hotel.

Hayat Pyramids View Hotel offers an affordable stay with one major highlight: the view. If you get a room or spend time on the rooftop, the view of the Pyramids is truly impressive — probably the best part of the experience. The hotel itself is fairly basic. The rooms are functional but show signs of wear, and the bathrooms could use some updating. Cleanliness was okay, though not spotless, and the linens and towels were adequate. Staff were friendly and tried to be helpful, but service could feel inconsistent at times. Communication in English worked, though sometimes with a bit of patience. The rooftop restaurant/bar area is a nice place to sit in the evening, though the food is average at best. The location is great for visiting the Pyramids, but keep in mind that the surrounding area can feel hectic and is very tourist-heavy. Some street noise and calls to prayer early in the morning are part of the atmosphere, so light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. In short, Hayat Pyramids View Hotel is a decent, budget-friendly option for travelers wanting to be close to the Pyramids. It’s not fancy, but if your expectations are realistic, it can be a convenient and memorable base for exploring Giza.

The beds are hard, pillows where to big and solid caused me neck pain, however I didn’t ask for them to be changed. The reception is still in building mode. Would i stay again 100%

Greeted in a reception that was not yet finished tiling (heart sank), entered the lift and found ourselves to our room and the outdoor terrace they are amazing value for money. The staff are nice the place is clean. The view and outdoor terrace is worthy of a 4/5 star uk accommodation.

- Our room need some maintenance to some things like inside the shower and shower door was noisy (when you go to bathroom at night you wake up everyone because of the door sound, on other hand I found this on other hotels in Egypt) - Was a construction ongoing at reception at the time of our visit, nothing serious.

The property is in front of the pyramids tickets windows - Good view of the pyramids - Awesome rooftop with the beat view - Breakfast available at morning with several options - Personal very polite even if some around doe not speak english they try to serve you with passion - Refrigerator was working fine in case you need it for medication - Reception always find you a solution l, and if you are a spanish speaker and need a tour guide ask for Mr. Gamal !! very polite !
