The view is breath taking, we chose it solely for this, but the hotel reception was amazing as well. The breakfast had a good variety. We had an issue with the AC and they changed rooms immediately.

Excellent staff and food, view from hotel is breath taking. They took care of all my transport and tour guide needs, would highly recommend to any first time/ solo travellers to Giza.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel, the service and friendliness of the staff is what makes this hotel . Situated in a prime location and coupled with fantastic staff you will always feel welcome and part of the Hayat family .

From the moment we arrived at Hayat Pyramids View Hotel, we were made to feel completely at home. Samir greeted us warmly at the door, setting the tone for a stay filled with genuine hospitality and care. We arrived early in the morning, around 6am, and were able to check in for an additional cost of approximately £18 GBP per room. Two of our three rooms offered stunning views of the pyramids, while the third faced a brick wall — a minor disappointment that was quickly forgotten once we reached the rooftop. The view from there was absolutely breathtaking — truly one of the best vantage points in all of Giza. The staff were exceptional throughout our stay, consistently going out of their way to accommodate our every need. We genuinely wanted for nothing. A special mention must go to Mike, who went far beyond his responsibilities to ensure our comfort. His kindness and dedication made our experience unforgettable, so much so that after traveling around Egypt for 12 days, we chose to return to the hotel — it felt like coming home, to family. Our overall experience was overwhelmingly positive. The warmth of the staff, the unbeatable rooftop views, and the comfort of the hotel made it a highlight of our trip. Our party of six already has plans to return, and we wholeheartedly recommend Hayat Pyramids View Hotel to anyone visiting Giza.

One area that could be improved was the excursions booked through the hotel. We felt they were slightly mis-sold: no lunches were included as promised, we didn’t get to see all the pyramids or go inside them, and the tour felt rushed, particularly under the guidance of Moses. If you’ve done your research beforehand, we recommend sticking to it and not being swayed.

I absolutely loved the proximity and the fantastic view of the pyramids from our balcony and especially the roof top. The rooftop view was magical, to sit and have breakfast with that view and evening meal was amazing!

All was totally perfect, absolutely breathtaking view of the pyramids and sphinx, very tasty breakfast, so polite and helpful staff, especially we had the pleasure of getting assistance from a gentleman named Samir who gave us such good prices on private tours and so much information about where to go and what to see. All staff was so nice and helpful and spoke excellent english. The room was always very clean and soaps/shampoos/towels replaced daily. Only very positive things to say!

Our suite was amazing, the top floor restaurant has the best view of the pyramids. The reception and restaurant staff were very accomodating, assisting us in arranging tours local to the hotel and authentic in their treatment of all patrons, knowledge of local availability was also helpful.

I’m not used to porter staff expecting tips for every little thing, I prefer to give tips for exceptional service, not for people doing their job they are paid for. 1 staff member in particular was not very trustworthy and he knows that I know.

Hotel in great location, next to pyramids entrance, personel very friendly and help with everything you want. Full Egyptian breakfast with stunning Pyramids view. Going to Giza ? This is Best choice to stay.

My experience with Hayat was very positive. My room was clean, spacious and the view was spectacular. It’s walking distance from the Sphinx entrance, lots of food options and shopping. The staff was very friendly and since I stayed for 4 days I was picked up from the airport in a large comfortable van with a very friendly driver.

I had all positive experiences, so everything was as expected.
