The hotel is very cozy and peaceful, located in the heart of Al Montaza Gardens. The staff were outstanding—from the receptionist to every team member, everyone welcomed us with warmth and kindness. For our anniversary, they surprised us with a lovely cake, and every staff member congratulated us and wished us well. Another highlight is the pool, which is open 24/7—we even enjoyed a late-night swim under the beautiful weather. The thoughtful gestures and genuine hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable.

Regarding the beach access, I was informed that thwre is a private beach, and upon inquiring about the cost, I was told it would be 1000 Egyptian pounds per person.

I found the vintage atmosphere quite appealing, and the space was clean with lovely antique decor.

There is no beach i thought they should allow guests to go to the sister hotel in the same area

Beautiful peaceful hotel still boasting royalty features from Egypt and Alexandria’s King Farouk times. Friendly staff. Tasty breakfast. Nice pool. Nice rooms. Small but nice gym. Lovely and tranquil surroundings of the montaza gardens bringing back nice memories. We will be definitely back to this hotel many times. Our hot water initially didn’t work but was fixed promptly on reporting it.

The stuff is too cold, not welcoming the guests the way it should be in such a 5-star hotel I stayed for 1 night for visiting some family members during the week end and there was a wedding in the place with loads of noise and when I asked them at what time the wedding should end they advised that place policy is at 12 am hence the wedding ended 3 am in the morning with a complete sleepless night The hotel rate is extremely expensive for a non beach accessed hotel hence I understand that I am sleeping over in a Palace yet the 100 EGP for car parking was extremely ridiculous after paying nearly 6000 EGP for 1 night in a single room!!! It's not about the 100 EGP ITS ABOUT THE CONCEPT.....

The place, rooms, and location are just fantastic and stunning, although it's not a beach front yet so cosy and lovely The rooms are small but you will never feel it as the ceiling is too high and the old windows overlook the garden with plenty of lights inside, the hotel is fully renovated and spotless clean with a great smell

The room was a bit small but affordable & suitable for me.

I liked everything about this hotel, its for adults only making it super quiet & cosy. The staff is beyond my words especially Ibrahim who has a wonderful smile. Breakfast was very nice & Montaza Gardens are one of a kind. Three amazing memorable nights. Thanks ❤

Room are tiny ,boring with no balcony Service They were doing maintenance to the fire system rining alarm since early morning in adha feast! With great noise while in high season.

It can't be five stars ! It's a small boutique hotel with service that can never be classified as five stars service or food. I have ordered feteer in my room and it was horrible . Rooms are tiny . Best thing here is location inside montaza garden.

The weather was very hot and the ac wasn’t working at all we even left if open and left the room for 5 hours came back it’s the same as if it was not working. The room is soo small
