- I booked a family suite with connected room but during check in there’s no connecting room and I’d to accept another separate room for the kids - Late check in time - The bathroom had no shataf either built in or separate handle and this’s very strange and not acceptable for Muslim people - The parking was paid 250 LE / day and there’s no other option for free parking - You’ve to stop twice during coming in or out from the parking area to clarify that you’re staying in the hotel and you’ve a card for parking inside

It's a good value for money compared with similar hotels in the area, however, I find it expensive considering price level in Egypt and comfortable apartments that are available in the area.

I've paid a little bit more and we stayed in a twin room with the patio. Beside usual rich breakfast, good service and many nice food options, the patio is really a highlight. My daughter could use the swimming pool and I could comfortably watch her. There are peacocks moving around, we had a lot of fun with them. I also liked staff attitude. You can feel, that they do things not formally, but are sincerely interested to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

one of the rooms was quite damp, and our clothes stayed wet the whole time. That said, it was our choice not to request a change , we noticed it right away but didn’t want to wait for another room since we were only staying for three days and were out most of the time.

I enjoyed having breakfast at the hotel. The variety of food was really good. The staff were really hospitable. Ms. Salma was exceptionally good at receiving and welcoming the customers upon arrival. She greeteed people with a BIG smile.

Very poor infrastructure. Air-conditioning is not very good - either too cold or too hot. The air-conditioning system was very difficult to adjust. Water flow in the showers was very slow

The staff was very good. The front office staff, the concierge, the restaurant, the health club, and the housekeeping staff. All were good. They made up for the lack of facilities and old infrastructure of the hotel. Mohamed Ashraf at the concierge was very friendly and went out of his way to support me to handle my furniture

The room was too small. You'd expect at least a bigger room for the price. No smart tv with online function

I was here for a conference which took place at the same hotel downstairs, which was convenient. I liked the lobby area, spacious and elegant. Good variety of restaurants too. The staff was very helpful. Mahmoud from housekeeping gave his best organizing and cleaning the room.

I had a fantastic experience at Hilton Cairo Heliopolis. The staff were welcoming and professional, the room was spacious and clean, and the dining options were excellent. The hotel’s location near the airport is convenient, and the pool and fitness facilities were a great bonus. Highly recommended for both business and leisure stays
