Dinner service wasn't great waiter brought incorrect orders on more than one occasion as they didn't write anything down result a wait for corrections sometimes case order to become cold

The Breakfast could have had a wider selection of fresh fruit, i was surprised that they didn't have water melon . They need to up the variation of food at breakfast .

Everything is a bit outdated and could be more modern (for example less carpets).

The hotel is very well situated in the heart of Cairo, the staff was excellent and welcoming, the breakfast rich and tasty.

Hilton Zamalek Residence is simply an outstanding hotel, located in the heart of the city with an amazing view of the Nile! The location is perfect — right in the center, close to the main attractions, making the stay even more convenient and unforgettable. The view from the hotel is breathtaking, and you can't help but fall in love with such panoramas! The staff here is truly top-notch. Mohamed El Sohid at the reception and Farida in guest relations were incredibly helpful and showed great care throughout our stay. We were absolutely impressed with their service — always attentive, friendly, and ready to assist with anything. When my friend’s child got sick, the hotel quickly prepared a special soup for him, and the public relations specialist even called to check on his health — such care is rare to find! The breakfast here is a true delight: freshly squeezed juices made from guava, strawberry, and orange, along with a huge selection of pastries that will make you start your day with a smile. The food is delicious, but the main highlight is the atmosphere and the stunning views, making the stay truly special. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to enjoy comfort and the beauty of this amazing city!

Family of 3, we asked for an additional bed which they confirmed when we booked. At the arrival, they tried to sell us a bigger room (suite) for almost double price, we refused. They added the bed in the room which was extremely uncomfortable and looked as if coming from ancient times (screws coming out, not very safe). We were 3, but we had only 2 big towels. We took dinner twice in the hotel, it took very long for the food to come. First time we waited more than an hour, though the restaurant was empty at the time. The hotel is extremely overpriced for Cairo, more expensive than Europe and more expensive than what Cairo has to offer ( bad traffic, noisy, dirty, very poor etc).

I liked that the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Also we got an upgrade for my birthday which was a very kind gesture. The rooms were spacious which was great.

It’s on the very good lokation, with wonderfull and nice staf. Our appartment was with nice vue at the river and Cairo.

The room with a partial river view cause the other part was on the downside of the building were they were having some renovation the sound was uncomfortable and the view not that great we had the 6th floor not what we wanted but I guess last minute on the 31th is alright

The staff were overbearing and a little unprofessional. Constantly being asked at breakfast if everything is okay and I want anything, it happened that one staff member would come ask and then 40 seconds later another would having not seen the first do it and not having assigned table areas. On check out I was asked if I’d write down the names of the check in desk/guest relations manager in a review as having made my experience extra special. I assume there’s some sort of bonus attached to me doing so. I found the exchange very awkward and certainly not what I’d expect of a Hilton experience.

We didn't like the room assigned in the first days of our stay (noisy balcony overlooking the air conditioning plants). Furniture and decoration of the rooms is quite dated.

Guest relationship took great care of us, changing our room as requested and complimenting us with a massage at the spa. Also, they helped us in arranging our trip to the pyramids tailored on our requirements. Breakfast at the pool overlooking the Nile river was a daily pleasure.
