Recensione verificataSulla struttura e servizio non ho particolari lamentele, direi una valutazione da 4 stelle ma 5 sono veramente troppe. Prima volta nel gruppo Hyatt di solito scelgo Four Seasons, e mi pento di aver cambiato.
La mancanza assoluta di trasparenza nel pagamento di un upgrade di stanza, da noi richiesto all’arrivo. Usare il cliente come bancomat, assolutamente inaccettabile, truffa e teatrino sulle tariffe con prezzi esposti non chiari. Ho pagato 250 Euro più del dovuto. Faccio notare al saldo e al desk mi invitano a scrivere una mail …assurdo , tecniche per rimandare, prendono in giro senza vergogna. Deplorevole per la catena Hyatt ma non tornerò mai più nei loro hotel. Speriamo che Booking intervenga perché Il Cairo e Egitto sono meravigliosi e non meritano Catene di Alberghi come Hyatt che speculano su i clienti

Recensione verificataL'hotel è molto bello e moderno pulito e confortevole. Anche il ristorante Era ottimo seppure un po' limitato nel menù. Le stanze erano spaziose e silenziose. The hotel is very nice and modern, clean and comfortable. The restaurant was also great, albeit a little limited on the menu. The rooms were spacious and quiet.
Il prezzo del transfer taxi dall' hotel all'aeroporto era decisamente troppo costoso. Meglio prenotare un taxi esterno. The price of taxi transfer from the hotel to the airport was far too expensive. Better to book an external taxi.

Recensione verificataStruttura tutta nuova e moderna. Spazi esterni e piscina piacevoli.
La camera assegnata nel basement non rispecchiava la camera prenotata. Solitamente chiedo il cambio camera, in questo caso non l’ho fatto. Odore di umido in camera tipico delle camere da basement. Servizio di pulizia con svariate sbavature. Servizio di colazione non adeguato. Servizio di ristorante Barranco totalmente insufficiente e zero professionale, cibo freddo, musica a dei livelli di volume stratosferici (e io sono anche un clubber!) non tollerabile.
