I was here for 3 nights in there beach front room and it was amazing.I arrived earlier than i planned so my room was obviously not ready but ahmed in reception made sure i didnt get stressed and took good care of me.He informed me they have early check in option available for a fee and if its not an option for me im more than welcome to wait in reception which was a bonus.He also got me a drink on the house while explaining all this to make sure i felt more than welcome and not pressured, when i said ill take it they got my room cleaned and ready for me 5.00am in the morning which shows the standards of service availability all around the clock.I also had confusion about the amount that was charged to me for my stay BUT this was all my own confusion and the hotel had nothing to do with it, even so it was me that was confused the manager went and had a look into in detail and returned to me, I’m afraid i didn’t take his name to include in this review however he was very respectful and understanding and showed more than required effort.He explained everything to me also showing me my invoice and made sure my heart was happy with everything before letting me go.There food is also of good quality with various options for any dietary requirements and they also have around the clock room service menus for when the restaurants are closed but your feeling hungry.Their laundry service was also excellent, i needed my clothes back earlier and islam from reception was more than happy to help me, he is also as good as ahmed with a smiling face at all times and willingness to help and make sure the guests are attended to.I booked a quad bike tour and scuba diving tour from the hotel with the help of walled from the diving centre and everything was exactly as he said it would be so have a good heart when he is telling you about the tours They also have shuttle bus services to main locations and back for a small fee at fixed times which is wonderful highly recommend

We hated having to leave and come home. Needless to say coming home was not fun after such a wonderful trip getting to relax in the sun.

We had an absolutely incredibly stay. The food is excellent, the service is unmatched and the facilities are amazing. We booked a club level room so that we could use both the private club pool and beach which are always lovely and not crowded. We had breakfast in the mornings at the club lounge, it was delicious with tons of fresh fruit and pastries as well as ready made items such as omelets and pancakes. Then the main facilities had snack stations all around the main pool and beach which were lovely. We dined at the beach club restaurant one evening and have the best meal. The portions weren't small and the food was delicious.

At peak meal times, it did get a little busy in the main restaurant. Unfortunately some of the holidaymakers didn't have great manners.

The setting was beautiful. The reef right off the beach was amazing with incredible snorkeling so close to the shore. The meals had a massive variety of options, with very attentive staff. The housekeeping was wonderful, we had an amazing man called Ahmed who was so lovely. Each day we would arrive back in the room to elaborate towel art on the bed - which got more and more inventive - it made us laugh every time. We had an Indian one night in the A La Carte restaurant for my birthday which was delicious. The staff were so thoughtful.

From the moment you enter the hotel, you’re captivated by its architectural beauty. The staff is friendly and patiently assists you. They helped us with early check-in and allowed us to enjoy the hotel facilities until our flight time during check-out. The food caters to both international and Turkish tastes, with options like chicken doner wrap and meat wrap. The pools are clean, and you can explore the rich underwater world of the Red Sea with snorkeling along the shores. The rooms are spacious and practical. I’ve seen many hotels in Egypt, but none like this one. I highly recommend it to my Turkish friends. In short, it was a very happy vacation.

‏On the downside, I personally didn’t enjoy the food that much. There was a huge variety and everything was available, but the taste just didn’t suit me. Also, the hotel is quite far from the city center, and there weren’t many activities or entertainment options during our stay. ‏Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing experience, especially for pool and sea lovers

The pools were absolutely amazing – some of the best I’ve seen in Sharm! The view from the room was breathtaking, directly overlooking the sea. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

had a perfect 5-day stay with my best friend. Everything about this hotel was amazing—the rooms, the facilities, the beach with a beautiful reef perfect for snorkeling, and the pools, especially the quiet adults-only ones which we really appreciated. But honestly, the best part of our stay was the staff. From Habiba and Ahmed at the lobby to Adel on the golf cart, and every single person at the restaurants and housekeeping—everyone was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. We truly felt taken care of every step of the way. A special thanks to the managers Mr. Soliman and Mr. Mohamed for their warm follow-up and making sure everything was running smoothly. We will definitely be coming back!

From the moment we arrived, our stay at this hotel in Egypt was nothing short of amazing. We were warmly welcomed with refreshing drinks, and the hospitality from the staff was felt immediately. As soon as we checked in, Mohamed at reception upgraded us to a better room straight away — such a lovely and generous gesture that really set the tone for the rest of the trip. He was always polite, helpful, and genuinely kind every time we saw him. The resort itself is absolutely stunning — even more beautiful than the photos online. It truly exceeded all expectations. The views, especially from the beach, were breathtaking. Just sitting at the beachside restaurant with delicious food and those views was an experience in itself. Speaking of food, it was fantastic — the restaurant by the beach served some of the best meals we had, and the breakfast buffet was excellent, with so much variety and freshness, all enjoyed with a view that made every morning feel like a dream. Later on in the trip, we did have a minor issue with mosquitoes in the room, and when we mentioned it, the staff were incredibly responsive — they arranged a room on a higher floor and gave us mosquito spray, making sure we were completely comfortable. We also had an issue with the AC one day, and that was fixed promptly. The absolute highlight of our stay was Azza, who was in contact with me every single day via WhatsApp. She would message each morning to check in, always asking if everything was okay or if we needed anything. Any small issue we had was sorted either immediately or while we were out on excursions — we’d return and everything would be taken care of. Her customer service was honestly next-level. I can’t express how amazing she was — warm, proactive, and incredibly efficient. She’s a true credit to the hotel and made our stay feel seamless and special.

Just diving here is too expensive for one dive

I love the sea so so much ✨chill and relax You can snorkelling and diving there , but diving on shore have nothing to see 🥲 recommend plan to dive here but other dive site it’s free snorkelling but need to pay for equipment or you can bring your own . Food is good !👍 many choices
