How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

Verified reviewCoral barrier was stunningly beautiful and right before our beach. Common structures of the resort were quite beautiful and the sea-view from our room was great.
The reception services were simply TERRIBLE. We only made two polite requests during our stay (one of them regarding health issues, likely related to the food, and the other one about twin-beds, although we specifically asked a one-size bed way before our stay), and both were met with great disappointment. The receptionists were courteous, but completely unhelpful. To make matters worse, on our last day we nearly missed our prepaid taxi to the airport because the room-to-reception transfer was delayed by 35 minutes—despite our repeated calls that morning and the fact that we had already arranged everything with the reception the day before. Also, the constant insistence from the beach excursion organizers was overwhelming and intrusive. The beach facilities themselves are poorly managed, with sunbeds crammed together due to lack of space, often making the experience uncomfortable and far from relaxing. Finally, rooms are waaaaay older than they appear. Our shower stream was weak and not always functioning, the furniture was worn down, window glasses weren’t clean… I could go on.

Verified reviewI was here for 3 nights in there beach front room and it was amazing.I arrived earlier than i planned so my room was obviously not ready but ahmed in reception made sure i didnt get stressed and took good care of me.He informed me they have early check in option available for a fee and if its not an option for me im more than welcome to wait in reception which was a bonus.He also got me a drink on the house while explaining all this to make sure i felt more than welcome and not pressured, when i said ill take it they got my room cleaned and ready for me 5.00am in the morning which shows the standards of service availability all around the clock.I also had confusion about the amount that was charged to me for my stay BUT this was all my own confusion and the hotel had nothing to do with it, even so it was me that was confused the manager went and had a look into in detail and returned to me, I’m afraid i didn’t take his name to include in this review however he was very respectful and understanding and showed more than required effort.He explained everything to me also showing me my invoice and made sure my heart was happy with everything before letting me go.There food is also of good quality with various options for any dietary requirements and they also have around the clock room service menus for when the restaurants are closed but your feeling hungry.Their laundry service was also excellent, i needed my clothes back earlier and islam from reception was more than happy to help me, he is also as good as ahmed with a smiling face at all times and willingness to help and make sure the guests are attended to.I booked a quad bike tour and scuba diving tour from the hotel with the help of walled from the diving centre and everything was exactly as he said it would be so have a good heart when he is telling you about the tours They also have shuttle bus services to main locations and back for a small fee at fixed times which is wonderful highly recommend

Verified reviewWe had an absolutely incredibly stay. The food is excellent, the service is unmatched and the facilities are amazing. We booked a club level room so that we could use both the private club pool and beach which are always lovely and not crowded. We had breakfast in the mornings at the club lounge, it was delicious with tons of fresh fruit and pastries as well as ready made items such as omelets and pancakes. Then the main facilities had snack stations all around the main pool and beach which were lovely. We dined at the beach club restaurant one evening and have the best meal. The portions weren't small and the food was delicious.
We hated having to leave and come home. Needless to say coming home was not fun after such a wonderful trip getting to relax in the sun.

Verified reviewThe setting was beautiful. The reef right off the beach was amazing with incredible snorkeling so close to the shore. The meals had a massive variety of options, with very attentive staff. The housekeeping was wonderful, we had an amazing man called Ahmed who was so lovely. Each day we would arrive back in the room to elaborate towel art on the bed - which got more and more inventive - it made us laugh every time. We had an Indian one night in the A La Carte restaurant for my birthday which was delicious. The staff were so thoughtful.
At peak meal times, it did get a little busy in the main restaurant. Unfortunately some of the holidaymakers didn't have great manners.

Verified reviewFrom the moment you enter the hotel, you’re captivated by its architectural beauty. The staff is friendly and patiently assists you. They helped us with early check-in and allowed us to enjoy the hotel facilities until our flight time during check-out. The food caters to both international and Turkish tastes, with options like chicken doner wrap and meat wrap. The pools are clean, and you can explore the rich underwater world of the Red Sea with snorkeling along the shores. The rooms are spacious and practical. I’ve seen many hotels in Egypt, but none like this one. I highly recommend it to my Turkish friends. In short, it was a very happy vacation.
I wish the menu variety at dinner was also available at lunch.

Verified reviewThe pools were absolutely amazing – some of the best I’ve seen in Sharm! The view from the room was breathtaking, directly overlooking the sea. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
On the downside, I personally didn’t enjoy the food that much. There was a huge variety and everything was available, but the taste just didn’t suit me. Also, the hotel is quite far from the city center, and there weren’t many activities or entertainment options during our stay. Overall, it was a beautiful and relaxing experience, especially for pool and sea lovers
