Pleasant 24 hours front desk , location is exelent

The location only

I asked for a better room and ended up checking few rooms until I was able to choose but the problem was they have weak A/C. Its the most important thing during summer time when Alexandria is hot with high humid.

I did not like: - The reception when I went with my wife, the man who works on the morning shift was very disrespectful specially that my wife wears a Niqab so he kept harassing with unnecessary questions and asking about the legitimacy of our marriage despite providing 2 types of the governmental documents. And kept asking about her Niqab in a unprofessional and perthitic way despite having her photo on the document and there was a girl in the reception who could check her which proved his unprofessionalism. - The breakfast there is not enough for a todler (2 small breads and 2 small nesto cheese) and when we asked for more we were looked at as like we were asking for something strange. So we had to buy our own breakfast everyday. - We asked for a King bed and we were provided 2 small beds instead and when we asked the reason for it, they mention "The guest on the king bed room you have reserved has booked it again so we can not move you there" which proves their bad room management despite being available on the application. - Despite having a parking feature that the hotel provides. You park on the street and pay for it yourself. At last: I do not recommend anyone to go there even if it was the last hotel in Alexandria.

They did not give me the room that booked ( deluxe single room with sea view). They gave me another one with king bed and side sea view. Very disappointing The breakfast was very disappointing ,, not cleanly and appropriately served . I had my breakfast somewhere else

There was nothing I liked on this hotel

First all pictures are available about the hotel are not indicative It is not a hotel it’s a hostel Very old and filthy and all facilities need serious maintenance air conditioning are not working despite reporting couple times . Finally when check out asked for invoice they declined and claim the invoice has to com from Booking.com,despite booking .com informed them to issue it from they continue declining Unfortunately my payment was none refundable other ways I would replaced this horrible hostel

Location is the best thing, quiet and comfort bed.

The booking said that the room I had booked had a balcony, but it didn't.

Location was the best issue , room was fair .

i did reserved a room with balcony , but what i found otherwise , the gave me a room with window yes its a seaview , but my main travel was staying in a room with bacony to feel the atmoshare of the sea and life around .

The room at the top roof was not clean, very old, the door to the balcony doesn't close properly. Although it was big, I didn't feel comfortable. I stayed in this hotel previously but the room that time was better
