We were given a connecting room so we had to listen to the neighbors talking until dawn. On Friday nights the beach was run like a club so we had to endure the noise until 3am.

Breakfast was ordinary, the yogurts etc side could improve with better fruit and cereals, some days depending what time you were there the Russians would pile there plates leaving nothing for others and also push in on the omelette stand where we had to say excuse me there is a que, we were early as we were diving every day, sitting outside was a shame because of the Crows being bests..although we were all inclusive getting served at some of the bars was painful especially when we were not in the hotel most of the day and times we had to wait for bottles of beer as the bar didn’t have any and small measures served was not ideal which meant back and forth, we weren’t big drinkers at all due to our diving, the yellow topped guys could help the staff in stead of just watching the bar staff which you could clearly see they didn’t like at all like micro managing, we got the reasons but they hotel could learn from this towards their staff.

Most mornings there was good selection especially the pastries and general hot foods, staff were receptive also and would accommodate on any requests but to be honest due to early diving we spent little time in the morning for breakfast’s

The food was below average in vatiety and taste. Even the water is restricted during lunch and dinner although I was taking the all inclusive option. The elevatir wasn’t working and the stairs are too high for someone +60

-Food “dinner” not expected. -My room was just Infront of the DJ 😂😂 Avoid Room No.121 if you are early sleeping person or you don’t like loud music but after a day u will get used. -No WiFi in rooms.

-Location as the hotel near all main Namaa bay entertainment. -Room more than enough for me as a solo. -Staff are really amazing and friendly. -Beach. -Room view was amazing, directly to the beach. -Welcome fruit plate was nice.

The jacuzzi near the pool did not work well

The hotel staff is welcoming, friendly, always helps to resolve any issues, room cleaning is good, the food for this hotel is suitable for the price, you won’t go hungry, everything is prepared tasty and fresh, the beach is clean.

The location is super. The hotel is located in a beautiful corner overlooking Naama Bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Karam. The beach is extremely nice with lots of magnificent colored fish just under your feet. Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations.

Loud music around the pool all day, no peace! Also evening music far too loud. Wifi is weak, but adequate if you don't need it for working. Limit of one small bottle of water per day seems odd for fully inclusive. There are lots of steps to different levels, which was fine for me but may bother some less agile people. Some rooms have noisy aircon, some are ok so ask to be moved if it seems to rattle.

Staff are great, friendly and helpful, muti-lingual. Food is good. It has its own beach and a jetty with steps into the sea for snorkelling. Close to dive centre. Feels safe and secure. Rooms with sea view or garden view. Local traditional entertainment good, especially the dancing. I like that this hotel isn't like a resort - some may not find it grand enough, I like the simple design and don't want theme park type pool areas. However, there were still families with small children and parental supervision around the pool is probably easier than at the bigger places.

Pool was a bit on the small size and the beds were rather stiff. It's ok if you like a stiff bed. Nothing extraordinary, nothing extra bad.

Very nice and helpful staff. Location is great if you like to go to the restaurants and shops in naama bay. Beware, some taxis will not drive to Naama bay area at times and you might need to take a 5 minute walk to Lido. I am not sure why but the airport taxi does come over to the hotel.

You can hear loud karaoke from next place till after midnight on Fridays and Saturdays. Room service charges me the first day 75 for a chocolate and next day it was 45.

Seaside bar toilets were closed. Staff arranged taxi to next hotel too expensive. Not hotel’s fault but neighbouring hotels seemed to have a competition who could play the loudest music into the early morning

Great location with views over naama bay. Mohammed at roof top bar and In restaurant were fantastic very good freshly cooked meat/ fish/ pizzas/ omelette bottled beer tv in room had hdmi connection. Wi-Fi was ok. Could dive off the jetty to see the fish but could not sit there as owned by different hotel . bottled beer

Noisy from neighbourhood at night. They have some rooms which doesn't face the Bay, which are quieter. If you're like me with noise you must mention this earlier. Rather smaller size of the room if I were a family. For solo or couples its reasonable. The beach is nice sandy beach but not much sea life. If you dream of swimming over coral gardens Naama Bay isn't the right location for you.
