I recently had the pleasure of staying at Mohamed's Pyramid View Inn during my solo trip to Egypt for a once-in-a-lifetime festival at the pyramids. As a solo female traveler, caution is key everywhere in Egypt, but Mohamed and his Inn quickly became a major highlight of my entire Cairo trip and I can recommend to anyone! From the very beginning, communication via WhatsApp was always prompt and efficient. Mohamed arranged a taxi from the airport, which, although pricier than Uber, was 100% worth it. After a long journey from Los Angeles, I deeply appreciated not having to navigate the Uber situation in Cairo. Upon arrival, Mohamed was there to warmly welcome me and give me a tour of the Inn. We got to chatting, and Mohamed shared fascinating stories about his childhood, playing in the "treehouse" facing the great pyramids. He shared his family's bloodline spans 5000 people! I can tell Mohamed has worked hard to open this simple yet extremely tasteful and hospitable Inn. Wishing him nothing but expansion!!! The hospitality at Pyramid View Inn was exceptional—10/10. Mohamed went above and beyond, offering to wait for me early in the morning to ensure I got home safely from the festival. He provided room cleaning services and laundry at a clear price, and a variety of beverages including water, tea, coffee, and Turkish coffee - free of charge ?!. The included breakfast was simple but delicious and filling, and the rooftop view was absolutely breathtaking. This is definitely the local hospitality Giza experience, and I loved every minute of my stay. Mohamed even spent over three hours chatting & teaching me some Arabic. Egypt can be a challenging place for solo female travelers, especially those on a budget and seeking authentic experiences. However, the view from the Inn is unbelievable for the price, and I felt so comfortable that I extended my stay by two extra nights. I cannot give a higher recommendation for Mohamed and his Inn!!

We stayed here for two nights with a lovely view of the pyramids. The host was very kind—he even prepared our breakfast in advance when we couldn’t eat at the hotel. On the day of our checkout, I had a late flight, and he kindly let me return to the room later to take a shower and rest, without any extra charges. That was very thoughtful and appreciated. Everyone we met at the hotel was incredibly nice, including a young boy who, despite his age, helped us with our luggage. It was a welcoming and warm experience overall.

The hotel is run by a lovely family who really make you feel at home, plus I really liked the rooftop with a fantastic view of the pyramids. Excellent value for money.

We had a fantastic time. The rooms are comfortable and the view from the roof was awesome. But the best of all was to meet Mohamed. He is a so positive and very kind person. You can feel that he love his job. On the last day we had to check out very early to get our bus. So Mohamed prepared a big box for breakfast for us. He always focus that every guest feeling like home. If we will come back, then because of him. Thanks a lot my friend.

Purity, kindness, communication. A few traits of this family business. For those travelling to Cairo or Giza, this is the place I recommend. It's location is extraordinary, it is really close to the pyramids. Whatever we needed, we got it, we never felt the lack of anything. Extra towel, taxi, money exchange, quad ride around in the desert, special kinds of cheese, dates, or any kind of food, information about anything, ranging from the local traditions, culture, places, we all got it. The rooftop terrace was always open for whoever wanted to rest or have a nice talk with the other guests, family members. Sitting on the sofa, or in the chairs, the view to the pyramids is impressive. I couldn't get enough of the sight, until the last day. Come and see for yourself, it's even better than the images. We got the breakfast on the terrace too, everyday, on the agreed time. It was filling and tasteful. They always offerred us tea and coffee. We've been here for a week, the room was clean all the time. I choose the best accomodation from many options. Everything was the same as on the pictures and in the description. The price-value ratio is exceptional. Thanks to Mohammed and his family for this week. They added a lot, to make it such a good holiday in Egypt, that we couldn't anticipate.

There are many similarly-priced hotels in Giza and competetion is high. I spent a long time trying to pick one out and am very pleased I decided on the Imperial Pyramids View. It's a new, family-run place with a great roof terrace. Rooms are well designed and clean. An excellent breakfast is also included and served up on the terrace. The Sphinx entrance is a very short walk away. Mohammed and his family went out of their way to ensure everything was perfect. Highly recommended.

There’s no heating in the room so it is a bit chilly. The shower heater is a bit hard to balance but it’s ok.

Location is good, near stores and the pyramid and the view at the rooftop is superb! The owner and the staff are awesome! They did bbq dinner on our last night for free and it was so delicious. The owner is very accommodating with all our needs and requests, very easy to deal with!

Everything was great!

We had the warmest welcome from Body and spent most of our time on the beautiful terrace with view to the pyramids. Mohammad prepared a delicious breakfast for us and was an impeccable host. The rooms are brand new and the size was just perfect for us. Last but not least, the location is super close to the pyramids but not loud at all even if it’s close to the main street so we enjoyed a quiet time. Price/quality is unbeatable!

Amazing family run hotel, the owner is so attentive and welcoming. The hotel itself if spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibility need- the breakfast is delicious and eating breakfast on the rooftop with a view of the pyramids is surreal! I would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Cairo/ Giza!! Perfect location if you’re visiting for the pyramids! It’s quieter than staying in the centre of Cairo but close enough to get everywhere you could possibly want to visit. Communication is great! Offering airport transfers and ensuring that they prepare breakfast for the time you need e.g. if you’re leaving early for a trip or if you want it slightly later to sleep in after a busy previous day!

If you can afford it, don't look further.I went through more than 6 hotels in cairo, alexandria and aswan, this was the best, the owner treated me like family asking me what kind of breakfast I would like to have !!

One of my best Experiences everrr!!! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable!!!💤 New hotel close to the Pyramids almost 10mnts by walk. You have a stunning view of the Pyramids from the rooftop. Would recommend this hotel when you are planning on seeing the Pyramids. The hotel can also arrange tours for you if you want. The staff very kindly apical Mr.Mohamed the owner very kind and very helpful Thank you sooo much !!!
