Our check-in time is 12 PM, but when our guests ask about early check-in, we let them know they’re welcome to arrive earlier, leave their luggage, and rest in our common area. We’d like to mention that all our rules are clearly outlined in the check-in form to help avoid any misunderstandings during your stay. These rules reflect the local culture here in Egypt, where certain things like sharing spaces and displays of affection are approached a bit differently. Hi Victor, thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re really sorry to hear that parts of your experience didn’t meet expectations. Since your visit, we’ve made some key improvements—the WiFi is now fully working and reaches all areas of the hostel. Regarding the elevator, you're right—it is in the building, but unfortunately, access is restricted to specific departments in the building due to building regulations. We always mention this in our listing, and we’re happy to help with luggage anytime if guests let us know in advance. As for the breakfast timing, we do mention the correct hours during check-in, but it’s possible there was a miscommunication—and we’re sorry if that caused any confusion. We've since improved how we communicate all key details at check-in to make sure everything’s clear. Toilet paper is also now restocked multiple times throughout the day to avoid any inconvenience. Thanks again for your honest feedback—it’s helped us improve. We’d love to welcome you back in the future to show you the difference. Safe travels!
