IndiaNo electric kettle in room. Kitchen unclean. Not a single water bottle provided in 3 days. Very bad bathroom design. No pressure in shower. ALL WATER FLOWS OPPOSITE TO THE DRAIN. We have to push/mop water ourselves! Also someone was sleeping in our extra bed before we checked in, and it was not cleared before offering to us. Very bad service.
Location is awesome. Good food and shopping is just next door. Beds. Best firm beds and most comfortable pillows I have slept in, in the past 20 days.

United KingdomThe rooms weren’t clean and the bathroom/shower was in one room with electric sockets showing on the walls. I had to call the hotel to find out where it was. It was called Egy Days hotel and was on floor 5 of a large building that had other hotels within it. Don’t be fooled by the photos. The lift is very old.
The location was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. WiFi was good, air con was good.

EgyptUnfortunately, my stay was not satisfying at all. When we first arrived, the bed sheets were full of hair and clearly not clean. We had to request the staff to change them, which should never be the case in the first place. On top of that, there were no towels or basic amenities in the room. On the first morning, we were woken up at 7:30 AM because our room (503) was right next to the reception, and the staff were talking and laughing loudly without considering that guests were still sleeping. The hot water was not working, and when we reported it to the receptionist, he promised to check and get back to us, but no one followed up, and the issue remained unresolved. The TV also only worked after turning it off and on several times just to catch the signal. What made things worse was a major safety and privacy issue: at 8:00 AM, a Talabat delivery man came directly to our door and knocked, even though we had the “Do Not Disturb” sign active. We hadn’t ordered anything, and when we checked, the order was actually for another hotel. The shocking part is that the receptionist allowed him to come to our room without verifying anything, which is a very big mistake and shows there was no control over guest safety at all. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I truly hope the hotel takes these issues seriously and improves both the quality of service and the safety measures for future guests.

Every single person at this hotel was excellent, loving caring and we felt like staying with the family. Mr anas the owner was an excellent host. He was so caring and hospitable I can not say enough. They are all lovely guys. I specially thanks the receptionist isma , rania, nega and the night shift guy. The went extra mile for the comfort of us. The room was excellent, big and modern. Everything out class. Egypt is amazing and very welcoming. The hotel is the actually in the very heart of the everything. Less than 1 min walk plenty of restaurants, cafes and restaurant and juice bars. Loved it. This is my 3rd trip and I will be back again and will definitely be staying in Jordan hotel. I love these guys. I had stayed in Hilton Heliopolis (not complaining) I would recommend this hotel over Hilton. This hotel gives personalised care to every single guest and they care for you and listen to you
