Two stays at this hotel: - a 1st stay of 3 nights - a 2nd stay of 1 night. During our 1st stay: - water cut twice, once all night; - The breakfast did not include any drinks, was served late after our arrival in the restaurant and did not deserve the praise written in the comments; - The wifi does not work; - a room for 4 people made up of 3 single beds - towels and toilet paper not provided (had to ask) - the water in the shower doesn't drain properly

The staff were friendly,but lack of understanding english made it a bit difficult to communicate. The room was neat n view from the room was nice.

I didn't like the fact that they don't service the rooms everyday. Also we requested early breakfast for days of our tours and received none, we had to ask for everything. The outside of the building needs to be attended to,on first glance i wouldn't want to stay there.

I am disappointed by the overall experience in this establishment. As soon as we arrived, the welcome at the reception was particularly unpleasant. We were charged for a superior room, but we were finally assigned a standard room, explaining that a guest in the superior room had missed his flight and that we could change rooms as soon as he left the next day. This change never took place, without any explanation or commercial gesture. In addition, the Wi-Fi connection was almost non-existent, which made our stay even more uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is also a real weakness: very far from the city centre, it is difficult to move from one place to another without wasting a lot of time. The only real asset of this hotel remains the breathtaking view of the pyramids. Apart from that, the service does not follow. Even breakfast, which is not offered as an all-you-can-eat buffet, lacks variety and generosity.

We have booked the 01 room a few weeks before and last minute confirmed that our room is reserved, when we reached at Hotel they said they don't have room for us and they have transferred us to some other Hotel which is not meet our expectation , we were very new to Egypt and what to where to go

Mainly to thank ACHRAF he was an incredible person assisted from the minute I arrived until I left he is amazing always there truly 5 star service for him also shout out to YASSIN for being so kind and assisting

First of all it was very clean and brand new. The personnel was excellent and ready to help you on everything. Really good location next to the pyramids and I would recommend it in case you want to be in Giza area.

Location is really bad. Even it is close to the pyramids you cannot enjoy the surroundings. It’s not easy to find the hotel, signs should be visible. The room was smell cigarettes.. the hotel is just near a mosque so you likely to wake up in the early morning. There was no area to have breakfast in the hotel so we ate in our room. And the breakfast was too weak. Price is not fair when you consider all of things above. The only good things are the staff ( they are very friendly and helpful) and the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Nobody speaks proper English. Creepy man at the reception tried to take photos of me. Didn’t get the room with a balcony even though I requested it.
