The breakfast needs to have a bit more items on the menu. Stayed her for 3 nights , the breakfast was the same every day.

Value for money. The stay was good and Ms. Sandra was kind enough to upgrade my room. Since it was not my first time stay, I even got the room i requested for. Overall value for money and good location.

The receptionists are unwelcoming and not profissional, and pay your requests no concentration even when face to face. There was an unfortuante incident on my last day where the evening shift from ths house keeping left a bloody and dirty clean rag near the tea kettle and water. Hung unclean and stepped on towels, dint replace the sheets per request and just made the stay hugly unconfortable because I wont be able to trust their cleaning crew.

The hotel is amazing, clean, has good facilities and is close to many locations in new cairo.The resturants affliated with the hotel La Varanda, and others are really good. The staff is polite and helpful. There is a Beauty saloon and Spa with the hotel building making it extra special. I would like to add a special thank you to Mr. Ahmed from the house keeping who handled the 4th floor during my stay ((morning shift)), he was very very polite helpfull and clean.

Noise in the room during evenings due to weddings

The 1st room was very nice. Clean and new. But someone smoked in it though it was non smoking room. It took some time to get rid of the smell. The worst thing were weddings which took place Thursday Monday and it was not possible to sleep before 23:30 as it was very loud. The breakfast was very nice though almost the same menu every day. It was VERY cold in the restaurant - but after I asked to increase the temperature they did it. Not recommended for not officially married people. If you are a woman no men colleague or boyfriend allowed in your room. I am very sorry but I am not used to such morale police approach. Laundry did not work well - they didn't check for the spots, But when after request to redo it was done perfectly well. I was offered free upgrade after complaints. The lux room provided was amazing from decoration and furniture and huge size. Was very very quiet. But... it was old = not renovated for some time. And that was obvious.

It was amazing, the staff were really friendly and lovely. I would definitely come again and will ne suggesting to peers ghat may come to egypt for their trip in the future. The receptionist that handled us when we came, she was so very lovely and kind.

The hotel location was really good. Excellent location and close to many things in a walking distance. The staff was great, and Mostafa in the reception was really helpful. There was one day that I needed to transfer money and go exchange money, he went with me and guided me. Was so polite and helpful. Overall, my experience in Helnan was great, and extended another 2 days because the experience was good to me and comfortable.

Carpets are a bit old

Nice location and absolutely worth the price. The property is a bit old, do ask for non smoking , clean & quiet room. The quietest rooms are on the 5th floor. Overall: would highly recommend to all travelers
