Food is very basic, nothing special. Exactly the same breakfast every single day. Food at the pools are the same every day too, boring: french fries, sausage, pizza.

The buffet restaurant could still improve. A few suggestions: - more vegetarian options - a few plants in the outdoor to create a more inviting ambience - automatic door to the outdoor area (this is really a pain point)

Very spacious and clean hotel complex right on the beach. Great reef for snorkeling and diving! Pleasant atmosphere. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The kids pool with slides is in a different location than the main pool.

Overall not accurate information on booking.com. Upon check-in front office team informed us that we booked soft all-in while on booking.com there is no option to book soft. After long discussion front office gave us all-in bracelets with excuse of upselling. And this you can feel everywhere in the hotel. On the website is mentioned that the hotel have a free wifi however, upon check-in reception informed us that wifi is extra charge and in the lobby area only. Water bottles against extra charge as well, don’t think that you can enjoy cool water on the beach after nice swim. All inclusive is not all-in, most of the alcoholic drinks are against extra charge. A la Carte is not available for one night stay guests. Variety in the main restaurant is poor but acceptable taste. Half of the channels in my room was not working. Water in the room is one small bottle per day per person only. The beach is rocky and sand is not clean from the stones.

The resort needs better management as the reception staff is inexperienced. The restaurant utensils were very dirty. The location is not in Marsa Alam but actually a 1-hour drive, and its in the middle of no-where.

We liked the resort very much as it has a beautiful oceanfront, - Good snorkeling experience, - Large pool with a bar, and helpful staff. - The room was very comfortable and with a good view and landscapes. - Activities centers are within reach. *Mohamad the manager was professional and very helpful and they were kind enough to greet us with pineapple drinks and a cake for our honey moon.

It is one of the worst hotels I have ever booked in. Incompetent staff, especially the reception and food, are also very poor. All meals are bad. 1) The day of arrival we were first placed in a room that was not prepared (still not cleaned), but this was solved and we got another room. 2) Than there was no WIFI. At the reception they told us WIFI is not available. But during checkout we saw that there is WiFi. 3) The next day no one came to clean the room. We had to call the reception to get it done in the evening. 4) During check in 2 towel cards were handed over to us. We received our towels at the pool and left them after finishing. But than we learned during check out that we should have taken back the cards otherwise we had to pay 400 LE for ech card. No one told us in the beginning that we had to take back these cards. 5) Food and drinks are below average

The landscape is beautiful and the hotel is very clean.
