Great place to stay, family owned business, Abu and his family are extremely helpful, happy, and interactive. Great location, walking distance from the pyramids, delicious home made food options (especially if you like kofta!). Views of the pyramids and sphynx are spectacular from the roof. When I lost my phone, Abu went out of his way to help me buy a new one straight away.

Great family run hotel. Incredible views of the pyramids, friendly and helpful owners. Able to organise tours and drivers at a good price. Free bottled water. The free breakfast is great. It’s about a 2 minute walk to the pyramid ticket office / entrance to the complex. The rooftop terrace is amazing. Watching the sun set/ rise over the pyramids during breakfast/ dinner is spectacular.

Rooftop view of pyramids and good location. Free and plentiful drinks and water and very very helpful friendly staff. Good large dormitory that we used. Good help with camel ride around pyramids and no extras of carpet shops etc at all.

Beautiful view from the roof terrace, great staff that are courteous, friendly, and very hospitable. If you are planning to visit the pyramid during your trip in Cairo I would highly recommend at least one night stay at this hotel and to book your pyramid tour through them at a great price. The hotel will also arrange for an airport pickup and drop off at a fair price. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip.

transaction fees applied on the card transaction, even if there's no choice to pay cash or pay in advance through booking. Room and bathroom were messy, unclean and water spread all around. breakfast was not good.

Good location to visit the pyramids. Close to the entrance of the Sfynx. Not to the main entrance. That needs a 20 minutes ride.

Owner starts selling tours even before check in. Not convenient when you are arriving late and just want to sleep.

Great location, AMAZING views. Was a bit worried about the smell from the horses and camels based on other reviews, but this didn't bother us at all. Very very friendly family, complementary bottled water whenever you want. The owner would always go out of his way to ensure we have a great stay, and even gave us hints on how to negotiate with souvenir sellers. Other reviews say that extra trips are pushed, but I would say that the owner is just really enthusiastic and wants to help you enjoy your stay, if you don't want to do any of the trips, he won't force you to. Excellent value for money. We even got a free upgrade.

Quite loud in the evening, I think the sound carries a lot through the corridor and under the doors. Would be better with heavier doors.

Mr Mohamed and his family is very lovely, they try to solve all your problems and very thoughtful. Their rooftop have almost the best view(the tree lounge restaurant near by cost two times to have the same view if you dine there) I did have a wonderful time here, will come back next time definitely

The host is amazing, they could even provide foods, for Asian ppl it’s very hard to get nice food, so I recommend this place. Abu and his family is super welcoming and I hope everyone have good time here!

We had a wonderful time in Cairo. The family that runs the hotel are lovely people who take good care of you. Views from the rooftop are stunning. Also: - great breakfast - superb advice regarding taxi's, tours and transfers. Honest prices. - good food and drinks (beer in the evening with such a view is hard to beat!)

I rarely rate any stay a 9/10 but, in this case, nine is very well justified. My overall impression of the place was that the owners/managers are quite considerate. We got an upgrade (without charges), we needed extra time during check out and they agreed (again, without charges), the room had all 3 types of plug points for our devices, there were breakfast boxes available for people leaving early in the morning for a trip. The place is family owned and operated. They have a decent breakfast spread in the morning. And they provide you unlimited bottles of water (its hot outside, you will need them). Overall, wonderful staff, good breakfast, and very considerate attitude.
