Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GermanyThere is nothing near the hotel - no market, no restaurant. Also, do not book the taxi via the hotel. We paid 15-20 USD for a 4km drive. There are apps (Indrive, via booking.com) that are way cheaper.

DenmarkIt difficult to spot from the road, it looked like an empty area until we continued to drive in. The facility we did not use but it looked good compared to what you pay.
We booked this close to the airport for one night as we arrived late. It was cheap and clean.

United Arab EmiratesI really enjoyed my stay at Logaina Sharm. Everything was just great — the rooms were clean and comfortable, the food was tasty, and the staff were very friendly. I want to thank them. They were always so kind and helpful. The hotel has a nice atmosphere and a good location. I felt relaxed and well taken care of. I would definitely come back here again and recommend it to my friends. Thanks again to everyone at the hotel for making my stay so nice!
