you lie , you had booked while you are 10 minutes away it was 10 pm , then i had asked you to wait for 3 or 4 hours , as i am at another city , forsure i won't stay the whole day waiting for your booking , then i had asked you if that not fit to you , you can contact customer services and cancel and get a full refund , i said i will accept you canclation for free ,as we can't cancel at the same day as a host , and this is what happened for real , you get a full refund , next time respect people , you want to book with 10 usd per night the cheapest price ever , and came after 10 minutes and we do cancel for you , you don't want to do anything , need someone to do everything on your behalf .

as you just mentioned it's the best value you can ever found, you just pay 10 USD per night in the middle of the summer season, other places on the same street will charge you minimum 40 usd for the same place and the same facilities, we are one minute walk from hilton, anyone can see that at google maps before he even came , you had to wait , because you had booked 6 pm , while you was at the same street , ad was asking to check in after 15 minutes , we told you no one is there as the official checkin time is 12 pm , and no one going to wait the whole day for you for only 10 usd , so we ask you to cancel and get a ful refund , or wait till the guy came to let you in around midnight , and you agreed , simply because you didn't find something with such a price and same facilities , no one force you to stay , and if it wasn't good , you defintly would cancel it and get full refund as we had gives you choices before , so you don't have to complain now , you get more than what 10 usd would even gives you , you should be gratfull , not complaining.

if we are scammers, what do you think about more than 300 previous for a previous guests, most of them have higher rates, more than 8 from 10, we have been offering the most affordable service at booking.com in our city for more than 7 years now, we still almost the cheapest price ever at our city and the highest service, you can search booking.com and comparing yourself, what happened for real, you had booked at late time and saying you are 10 minutes away, we ask you to wait as it's hard to check in that fast, you have to notify us with a good time before, as this in not a hotel, then suddenly you clam that you booked another place and need to cancel and get a full refund, we didn't mind but this has to be within booking.com policies, so according to policies here, we don't have any access to cancel at the same day, and it has to be at least 48 hours before your official check in, so you kept silent and then came up to blackmaik us and saying you are a journalist and have a friends and authority and relation at booking.com and will use it to close our account here ( which is so funny ) so we didn't respond as we don't respond to such threaten and blackmail , also we can report you for such a things if we want , as this is totally against the policies , in the end , you didn't cancel , and didn't show up , and keeps your booking , so you are blocking our calender for nothing and then asking for a refund , how come , our advise , it's better to book a good time before your check-in , you can't book an apartment and saying you are 10 minutes away, it's not a Hotel .

Mr . Tarek ... we are trying to offer what fits your budget, The guest house mainly is a place for sleep, and you are not supposed to make food and launch and dinner and spend the whole day in the kitchen, Also you are not supposed to expect all of that with only 10 USD per night, over all the strange thing, if you have those notes about cleaning, you even brock the first rules which is cleaning, you get inside the apartment with your dirty shoes, overall, if you don't like the place, why you extend your stay for another day, because simply you couldn't find a place with such a location and service with this price.

No wardrobe, cuz you eas at that room for a short stay 2 days, but you have many Clothes hangers which are fair enough for short stays, about the key , you only got your own private room key and gate building keys, but no need for the main door, as there is always someone there, so the door almost available 24/7 .
