The hotel restaurant not linked with the hotel so can’t do room service or add to hotel bill. Staff try to help with locations but a map and showing us where to go is more helpful. We got lost multiple times trying to find pharmacy when we sick and can’t find on google maps. It’s in quiet streets of Cairo so walking around is that that safe from groups of dogs roaming the streets and fighting each other .

Staff were friendly , room is clean. In the city .

Grest location. Very nice rooms, comfortable with all necessary amenities. Breakfast buffet is delicious with very nice local dishes. Michael and Olfat at the reception were super friendly and helpful ! Thank you !

The food from the restaurant is very good and at a good price but the service is very slow and their English isn’t great. Their menu is like 25 pages, They didn’t tell us that the dish we ordered wasn’t available and brought us something else, more expensive. We tried to explain but they didn’t understand. The « pool » area could be great with chairs and an area to chill.

Very modern and comfortable room. Nice location not far from the museum. Staff was lovely. Breakfast was very good.

The language barrier at time was a struggle. The pool was not a real pool, it was at best a paddle pool. But it was wet and good to cool off in.

The hotel is within walking distance to Tahrir Square, which was very convenient. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and always ready to help. We absolutely loved the breakfast — it was delicious and satisfying. The only downside was the carpet in the room, which could definitely be improved. And also the pool at rooftop is just 80cm deep Overall, among the hotels near Tahrir Square, this one stands out as a great value for money! And thanks Receptionist Sherry!

We had an amazing stay at Mar Charbel Hotel. The staff were attentive and helpful. The bedroom was perfect, clean and with a nice view. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, with a lot of choice.

Amazing staff, they were really nice with us. The restaurant has a really food and also they sell alcohol and has shisha. 100% recommend it. For sure we visit again egypt, we will stay in this place.

The breakfast is nice but could use some fresh bread. The travel agency at the entrance should only hire professional drivers that arrive in time.

Nicely located hotel with large rooms and great swimming pool on the top floor. The bar/restaurant at the top floor is very convenient if you like to stay in the hotel at night. The personnel is very kind and helpful.

Some pieces of furniture, doors need a refurbish or change. Looks like they use a bank charge or higher exchange rate if you pay by card so you'll be charged a little bit more than you are informed by booking.com.

Very good location, safe and near metro. Cleaning services were done every day. Breakfast is the same every day but in an enough variety to deal with it for 3-4 days. I recommend Malak to book activities and different excursions. Good value for the money. AC worked perfectly.

nothing, I didn’t like The experience here was great. If there’s a next time, would definitely stay here more, but on this trip the priority was he Giza area.

We stayed one night in an effort to be closer to the airport, from Giza. Breakfast was great, just great. The view from the top floor is amazing. Room are clean and comfy, a/c worked great

There wot very good isolation in the room so you need to be able to sleep through car horns and dog barking at night. But we found it to be manageable.
