My family and I had an amazing stay, the resort is well maintained and there are multiple pools.. staff are extremely friendly starting from the reception desk managed by Mr Reda Mokhtar who is very resourceful and cooperative, ending with room service staff and waiters at the restaurants.

Saudi ArabiaThere were many types of restaurants, but unfortunately, the food often lacked flavor and taste. There are two restaurants that require prior reservation, but honestly, there’s no real difference between them and the other restaurants in terms of the food served, and I don’t recommend the Italian restaurant. The weather was hot during the day in July and August, but pleasant at night. The beach was about half a meter deep, which made it difficult for adults to swim. The prices of the water activities in the sea are very high!! There are daily activities for families and children, but they are boring.
The location was excellent, as the farthest attractions were only about 20 minutes away. The staff were kind and friendly. Cleanliness was acceptable. Quick service for check-in and check-out. The family room was very spacious. The beach was beautiful, clean, and nearby. There were many swimming pools available. There was also a decent water park. The pools had suitable depths for both children and adults. Special thanks to Mr. Peter, the reception manager, for his follow-up and dedication to providing the service properly and as quickly as possible.

United KingdomOne of the Best Family Resorts – Highly Recommended! Our stay at pickalberts palace was truly exceptional. It’s a fully integrated resort that caters perfectly to families. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm hospitality. Mr. Better , the reception manager, personally greeted us with genuine kindness and professionalism. Even though we arrived earlier than check-in time, they received us as honored guests — offering refreshments first, before even asking for our passports. This kind of service stood out to us, especially compared to other resorts we’ve visited in the area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the location is ideal — calm and beautiful. The atmosphere in the guest areas is warm and inviting. What makes this resort special is the genuine simplicity, warmth, and constant smiles from the staff — it made us feel truly welcomed and relaxed. . The evening entertainment was well-planned and enjoyable for the whole family. I highly recommend pickalbert palace to families living in Europe or the Middle East. If you’re looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway with top-tier service, this is the place. Best regards to all team specially Mr Better see you this year in October

United KingdomIf I were to make one small suggestion, it would be to consider keeping one of the swimming pools open during the evening, especially on extremely hot days when temperatures remain as high as 38°C even at night. I understand there are likely reasons for closing them in the evening, but perhaps one pool could be reserved for adults during those hours. It would be a lovely way to cool off and relax after a long day in the sun. That said, I honestly have no complaints—everything else was fantastic!
Reception Manager Peter is an absolute gem—he brings a very personal touch to the guest experience and is always helpful, polite, and professional. The entire staff is equally courteous and attentive, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the resort. There are plenty of food options available, and although the all-inclusive menu is somewhat limited (as is typical), there’s still a good variety to enjoy. The bars are great, though it’s worth noting that premium drinks like Martell or champagne aren't included, which is expected with most all-inclusive packages. The internet coverage is excellent—even on the beach, which was a pleasant surprise. Speaking of the beach, there's a lovely reef just offshore that's perfect for snorkelling. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. We were fortunate to be located near one of the pools, which was amazing. Housekeeping was fantastic—sheets were changed daily, and everything was kept spotless. The gym is well-equipped with everything you need to stay active, even during an all-inclusive holiday. There are plenty of sunbeds and loungers available, so finding a spot to relax was never a problem. The resort also includes some convenient on-site shops, including a pharmacy, souvenir stores, and boutiques with handbags and other useful items. All in all, a fantastic resort. I can only highly recommend it—and I will definitely be coming back!
