- bathroom is a little bit small - not everyone speaks English , they tried to speak Russian every time to me 😀 - the buffet offers the same food every day, you may get annoyed for a longer stay - not every swim up suite has a sea view , this is different from what is mentioned in the website

-Most of the staff are very helpful and very nice. They pay very much attention to the customer and try to satisfy your needs. -Good cocktails -The housekeeping -healthy and very good quality food -the laundry service is excellent with a good price -right place for snorkeling lovers

Entertainment was repeated with same songs and also feels like should be adult only as there was naked people sunbathing. Night staff at reception not helpfull at all and say come in morning. The food definately needs improving as there is not much choice and repeated daily which is very poor for the amount you spend for an all inclusive. Also the junior suite with pool needs definate cleaning as there is things in the pool which is disgusting. Also with family and young ones the blinds in the rooms are small so the choldren can see you so you have to get yoyr children to look away so you can have shower.

Shared areas can be cleaner. But still not dirty.

Staff was amazing. They did their best to help us. Food is very good. Especially considering we are Turkish and we have high standards here in Turkish Tourism, food is still very good. Sea is very impressive, like a real aquarium.

Thanks to all staff of this wonderful hotel ! We came to celebrate birthday, and it was perfect stay and nice two days for all of us! Reception staff always was nice and helpful, answered to all our questions about hotel. And special thanks to manager of Reception Mr. Ahmed Ibrahem, he was so helpful and so kind. Our rooms was really nice!!! Service is excellent! Restaurants, bars, beach, everywhere we could feel care. Definitely will come again and will advise to our friends!!!
