The beach isn't very wide, and the specific location is heavy on dead seaweeds and reeds with no clear effort to clean it. It's a very nice spot that would greatly improve with managing the seaweed.

Staff is amazing. I really would like to thank the mamagement for keeping the place always great. Mark from the reception was very helpful and friendly. All staff are very helpful and cheerful. the chalet was very clean and cozy all what we needed was available. Always an amazing experience to stay in Mirage. perfect for family and children.

The beach is not good. The beach is not the same as photos. There were rocks in the sea, there was a black seaweed which makes the sea waves black.

We had one lunch on the beach—it was okay, though a bit overpriced.

The front-row beach view was stunning—like a painting. The staff were respectful and kind as always, and Mr. Ahmed was always around with a warm smile. Being inside Lazorde Village was convenient for quick shopping.

The staff were super friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left. Our room was very clean and equipped with all the ameneties we would need - and more. The beach was absolutely stunning! Honestly, everything was great and exceeded our expectations. It is very far hard to get Ubers. The chalet out dated.Bathrooms need to be updated. There was dead seaweed and some trash floating covering almost the whole shore of their beach making it difficult to swim.

Very accommodating staff quick to reply. The restaurant is clean very good breakfast. The beds are comfortable the chalet is big plenty of room with an amazing view of the sea.

The beach location is exceptional. The only drawback is that there are not many restaurants or coffee shops in or around the resort. Ubers are needed to go everywhere but the hotel is 5km inside from the main highway so many uber drivers don’t even want to go there. Expect some waiting with a car

Exceptional service in a family-oriented resort. Mr. Ahmed the general manager and his team made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Despite a small error in booking for the first night, their kindness and hospitality over compensated for everything.

The outside wasn’t clean. There was loose trash outside of the buildings. I would recommend having a broom to sweep away the sand after visiting the beach. The shower needs a door or curtain to prevent the bathroom from getting wet after showering.

Bad dinner experience, very loud noisy entertainment at late night, beach is very short for many hotel residents, long off road bumpy and not suitable for women travelling on their own with no guidance signs on main road and not lighted, spa and gym are very far away it needs a car to drive to there. No elevator to upper chalet. No animation team. Only one cafe/ restaurant/ beach bar, on room, flooding toilet, etc

That residential shallet has a lot of comments that have to be covered before guests reach No guest welcome drink as we usual expect in all previous hotel The pool vibes lack 1- open buffet soffit drink 2- pool juice bar (was closed full time) 3-shows 4-varity of loudy songs 🎵 5- kids activities The internal road to the hotel has to be enhanced to suit leusier residency

The beach was full of seaweed but they were cleaning it, so they let us go to the village beach. The nearest one was full of rocks but the furthest one was good
