the room and the toilet were clean .

breakfast was poor , tables were dirty, there was no cutlery on the table and I had to help myself to some, I had to wait fir the chef to attend to egg station to make me an omlette which was so oily and bland. To reach the restaurant , you have to walk for a good bit in the weather and go down some stairs. The breakfast starts late at 8 . Check out is too early , at 11 a.m, they wanted to charge me if I would check out at 1 pm , they we agreed to check out at 12 with no extra charge. staff had to prompted many times to accommodate any request with no positive outcome. there was no toilet paper in my room , ai requested them 3 times to get some and I did not get any. Staff is not qualified and do not even know how to adress guest in a proper way. I won't stay here again.

Staff are very friendly, approachable and helpful They are very polite and facilitate everything Location is accessible for banks, malls, airport and everything is almost around walking distance Room was clean

The internet WIFI

it nice hotel but the i requested from the reception for late check in and he approved but the second day the call me at 10.30 morning telling me to check out now i told them i have the permission to stay until 1 o'clock the forced me to leave i was really disappointed. all the staff are nice and the hotel is good

I have arrived at 5 am . Then the reception manager said to me there is no empty room. I was booked before 2 weeks ago and confirmed two times, when I told them I will arrive 5 am and they said have to pay $10 extra if check in before 11 am and I agree to pay $10 . I am very very angry when they said to me no place for me. My children with me and very tired,we coming from Long journey, then I found another hotel to take my family there. The moon light hotel staff and reception manager they are not hones people and I will write it bad things in all social media about this hotel.

They are not honest people

The location was handy for what we needed. It was open late which allowed our check-in.

Standard of room was only average.

They didn't find the towel in the room & until they found the towel they stopped me at the counter. Finally their staff found the towel in the room & then they allow me to go.

the swimming pool was great and close to the airport

the swimming pool was only opened until 5pm, which means if you are doing a tour in cairo and come back around 6pm, you cannot enjoy the pool anymore and they open at 8am.
