Room was 10/10 and personal staff was great. Breakfast was also lovely

In the afternoon and at night the music was super loud so it was not possible to sleep at all. It’s a party location not one to relax

Everything is exceptional, Ali at the front desk was very helpful and polite, the hotels location is close to everything, it was an amazing stay at the hotel, keep up the good work ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Unforgatable

The welcome was outstanding. I was greeted by Amira Tarek at reception with a huge smile and the kindest attitude — one of the best welcomes I’ve ever had in any hotel. Shortly after check-in, I received a welcome gift in my room with fresh fruits, Arabic sweets, and drinks, which was such a nice gesture. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, the bed was excellent, and the facilities — direct beach access, pool, and breakfast — were all great. Everything was exactly as advertised.

Honestly, nothing really. My stay was smooth and very pleasant.

Pleasant small hotel of only 20 rooms for (adults) only . Room is new, clean and the most important thing for most travelers that the bed is really comfortable.

The room was swimming pool side not sea side although i paid more than the charge of sea side rooms through booking. I advice u promote the sea side rooms on booking not pool side.

Service and Amira Tarek has always been very helpful

The staff especialy Amira were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was by far the best we have had in sharm.the room was very clean and modern .

During our visit there were building works to one of our external walls and we were awoken early every morning with building works and the balcony was constantly covered in dust including some of our clothes. the adjacent pool to hotel was quite noisey and the staff were not over friendly. We had to also pay over the top at the pool bar compared to other places i have stopped

Really great location close to everything, beach, restaurants, good shopping at genena. Good hotel ,Really lovely staff, I have to mention Ahmed head waiter, Amira at front desk, and Jolio bartender at sky lounge. Phenomenal service 👏

The beach closes too soon at 6pm. And needs to be extended a little deeper into the sea.

I really liked the location of the hotel, Amira at the front reception was superb helpful in helping me settle quickly and gave me recommendations on places to visit and enjoy in Sharm el Skeikh. Clean and really nice views from the sea view room.

The beach was very strict with limited swimming area. And it closed at 6pm 😮‍💨

The staff are super helpful, especially the receptionist Amire. She treated us with passion and kindness.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude for the quality of service and accommodation I experienced during my stay at your hotel. My overall experience was one of great comfort and satisfaction. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-organized, and the courteous attitude of the staff and their dedication to guest comfort truly made my stay memorable. I would especially like to thank the front desk team for their polite and prompt assistance, as well as the housekeeping staff for their professionalism and respectful service — with special mention to Ameera, Mohammed, Saad, and everyone else without exception. I would also like to share a couple of suggestions for improvement: 1. It would be even better if breakfast was served as an open buffet, offering more variety and flexibility for guests. 2. The beach area felt a bit small, especially during peak hours, as it serves guests from all hotels in the group. Once again, thank you. 1 - There is no Buffet at the Hotel , i needed to go to the Other Hotel for the Buffet Option. 2 - the beach is very small 3 - the Jaccuzi in the Balcony is exposed , no privacy 4 - Very Pricey
