The room was nice, but that’s about it.

The view was not what was advertised. As well as in other hotels we had previously stayed at in both Cairo and Sharm El Sheikh in the beginning of our trip, water was given to you for free at the hotel. At this hotel , we had to pay for our water everyday. The pipe next to the toilet to wash yourself with was broken and we struggled to get it open. There was also a problem with the window which did not close, resulting in lack of sleep for us as we could hear everything going on in the street because of the window not being able to close. We had told staff about it but nothing was done. Overall not exactly given what was advertised and not worth the price that was paid.

i had an amazing stay at the room the room was spotless and beautifully appointed ,making it a retreat .Each morning i indulged in a fantastic breakfast with the . great selection of delicious options.the staff were warm and welcoming ,adding to overall experience.i highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable stay with a breathtaking backdrop

the hotel offers excellent value for money in the pyramids area the staff s hospitality exceeded our expectations . they were always eager to assist us and find solutions

Everything was veeeery good! Room was exceptionally clean. It was spacious and well-decorated, beds were very convinient. Very friendly staff. There is a good restaurant just next door. The property have terrace - we enjoyed breakfast with the Pyramids in front of us. We came in the middle of night, and hotel provided late breakfast for us. Thank you for everything! Place is really worth staying.

Noise from the road even with closed windows.

The rooms where neat and specious. Very close to the pyramids and the stuff was exceptional.

The rooms didn’t have windows. One of the three rooms booked didn’t have hot what but that was later fixed.

We had a great stay at the property! The room was exactly as shown in the photos—comfy, clean, and cozy. I slept really well, and I especially liked the bathroom—both the room and bathroom were neat and tidy. The AC worked perfectly, which made the stay even more comfortable. Breakfast was simple but satisfying, with bread, eggs, cheese, honey, and coffee—just what we needed to start the day. A special shoutout to Rahma and Aya, who were incredibly kind and took great care of us. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the warm hospitality!

The location is very close to the Pyramids of Giza—just a short 3-minute walk, which is definitely convenient. However, I didn’t find the surrounding area very pleasant to walk around. That said, it wasn’t a major issue for us since we were only there to sleep and have breakfast before heading out on our tour each morning. We had no plans to explore the immediate area on foot. I’ve also heard that the neighborhood may be developed in the future, so we’re hopeful it will improve over time. 😊

Hosts very good

The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. We were comfortably accommodated in a 3-bed room. The food was good, the staff was very kind, they tried to do their best. The Nile cruise program organized by them was wonderful. Rahma (receptionist) was very kind and tried to help us in everything she could.

The food is not very varied. The restaurant is upstairs, so you had to wait a lot for drinks and food, as the staff brings it up the stairs. The rooms are cleaned only on request.

We arrived at the hotel hungry, and they told us there was no food — without even mentioning that there was a restaurant downstairs. Our room didn’t have a window, and it was never cleaned during our stay. The tour they offered wasn’t great — they took us to some strange stores where we didn’t need anything. There were hardly any vegetarian options, and the breakfast was disappointing. We had to ask for toilet paper ourselves, and the room was never cleaned even once.

Great team, very nice and clean place. We enjoyed a lot the breakfast with the view. The location is good to visit the Pyramids and the new museum. I do recommand this place and would come back there. Thank you !

I would like to particularly thank all members of the staff for the entire stay. Always smiling and helpful, we had 5 great days with you there. Regarding the food, We tried all combinations of dinner and breakfast, everything was excellent. We really enjoyed the flexibility for the time and the choice (4 menus for breakfast, 6 for dinner included in the half pension, more can be available out of the pension, but we did not try it). The view from the terrace, of course is really great. Having breakfast / dinner and enjoy the view to pyramids is really a great feeling. The room was as in the description, everything needed in (hair dryer, towels, fridge, AC (did not use it) TV, furniture. We were quite happy, bit small room and bigger window would have been better, but we spent most of the time outside and on the roof to enjoy coffee or reading. One last thing, the floor is cleaned every day, and more than once a da. Its really good. Location is great for access to Giza pyramids by foot, no issue. For Saqqara no choice, Uber for the full day but it really worth it.

As I wrote, bigger window in the room could be better, but so we spent most of the time on the roof at the hotel.
