The hotel was clean, near to downtown, the food was delicious, and the staff were polite and helpful,

Too much noise at the night from nearby casinos on the beach, they were playing very loud music nearly all the night

Amazing location Sea view Mr. Maged is a true gentleman and really cooperative and helpful

The staff were super helpful and nice, special thanks to Mr. Maged the hotel manager. The food and the restaurant staff were very good. The location is central and close to everything.

Very poor internet connection that needs immediate intervention. Extremely noisy all night till almost 5.00 a.m, the hotel must have double glass windows in those rooms. The furniture and facilities are outdated and very old, they need to replace this with simple yet new furniture to give the place a modern cleaner look.

could give more beach access options but it is still easy to get to the beach

The hotel is located in the city center which is very convenient, the room was very clean and the staff were all very friendly and willing to help all the time. The food was delicious. I would highly recommend the hotel.

Even though I was on the top floor, the street noise was extremely loud and music was playing on the street all through the night, The hotel needs to invest in double glass windows to help prevent the noise. Parking is almost impossible so don't think of going with your car.

Only the manager speaks English, it was then hard to communicate my needs with the other crew members of the hotel but I do speak a little and understand so I kind of made it ! And well, they were adorable. I think it is the most important. And they upgraded me for free in a beautiful bedroom with a magnificent front beach view.

The fact that most of the staff doesn’t really speak English, it wasn’t for me such a big deal but I guess that not all the tourists knows how to speak or understand a little like me so they must improve for this. As well, the food could be improved. And I was travelling in my own, I am girl, if course some crew members from the kitchen were a little too much interested in me and that eventually could disturbed my tranquility. So it is not really a complain but rather a warning to the team for their next guests. If I come ever come back to Mersa Matruh, I’ll probably go back there.

Perfect location

I liked the cleaner particularly Ghada who was very keen and innocent. Also, Mr Maged in reception who was very cooperative and helpful. Mona in the restaurant as well.

Only the noise outside on the street after 2 Am which is not related to the hotel.

The staff were nice

The room is loud at night, and no parking for the hotel guests when its crowded. The toilet have an unpleasant smell.
