The Pyramid view is fenomenal. Very clean and comfortable room. We had everything we need. We asked for a bottle of water and they gave to us, always saying yes to our requests. All the staff was friendly and helpful.

We would prefer our bed linen to be changed more often and take away our rubbish from the room. The location might be scary at first sight around, but need time to get used to it.

We stayed for a several nights at this hotel. The location is perfect to visit all the pyramides around. The view from the window on the pyramides is breathtaking and magic. The manager of the hotel was very kind, he proposed different options to visit different sightseeing in Cairo and around. Before our leaving we asked for a lunch and taxi, everything was proposed to us ! We enjoyed our stayed and will be happy to come back again

Everything was great the only thing that bothers me, is upon my checkout Mr. Ali gave me an invoice, the idea is please Mr. Ali or Mr. El Arabe the owner, you need to tell people what’s included in the breakfast and what’s not, making me pay for coffee and water is kinda disturbing because nobody told me that any drink is extra literally no one. They let you ask for drinks and at your arrival they charge you extra with service fee and charges for drinks.

The to much offering of organised trips with additional charges, needed to say no thank quite a lot. But it is authentic for Egypt in other accommodations as well, cause it's there source of income.

The owner waited with me outside that my boyfriend arrived from 01:30 till 03:00 AM in the morning. I told him I can do it by myself but very appreciated it. He even bought as some time from the store next to it. The communication with Google translator was always very friendly and insightful of the local varieties. He always smiled when he saw us, we liked him a lot to have around. Staff: the girls who provided breakfast and cleaning were very nice and friendly as well. The Guest contact person was offering a lot of arranged trips with we started at first, but we soon took it in our hands to explore the city and sightseeing by ourselves, cause we're not the first time in Egypt and already experienced travelers. It is very helpful if you want to get to many locations in short time and wanted a guided tour. For us it was a bit to much and annoying to have him around all the time and the need to say now + even so he was good at English dosen't got it right most of the time and agreed stuff doesn't worked out quite as well, like breakfast varieties and being on time or theme of the trip. Good heart and meaning to be helpful though. And he is taking his job offering very seriously. Room: the furniture quite used but tasteful and clean, very good egyption standard. Bed and room arrangement was very comfortable. We even had a view at the pyramids from the bed. The hotel is reachable with an elevator just operating with a key responder, I felt very safe that way. location: Amazing view from the rooftop at the pyramids, you see the scenery of the city with all that unfinished roofs and satellite and right behind it with no house in the way the amazing pyramids. Really like on that pictures in booking. The city gets very busy and loud at night. I loved it so much to be in an authentic atmosphere to watch above or step outside rid in the middle. Some might need earplugs at night, I loved it very much.

Quantity of Hot water - maybe in summers it's not a problem. I visited in winter and the water heater capacity is less. So sometimes water runs out while in shower. But it's manageable in room temperature water as well, but since I like hot baths. This something they could improve upon.

It was such a nice place to stay ! Wonderful view of the pyramids in the room and the rooftop breakfast place! The beds are super comfortable and the rooms are clean. I had initially booked it for 2 days & finally ended up extending it for the complete time I was in Cairo. If you want a nice view, yummy breakfast, and a good place to stay in Cairo, Giza, it’s the place! The location and view on the pyramids is incredible it’s pretty close by from the hotel. The staff are so kind and helpful. Mr Mohamed is always around to help you. May it be arranging tours or making breakfast to suit your taste or you need a local recommendation he is always around. Salma & Sara are very quick to get you any room service and get things ready on time for you each day.. The most important point which also proves their commitment to provide is that they are super flexible with check-in and check-out timings. Which is a great mental peace when planning the trip. And guess what is at no extra cost. So that's really a big plus. And they also go the extra mile to check if your tours and trips go smoothly, even if you don't book it with them. One more advantage is the hotel is in a very central place. All the attractions are just within 30 minutes distance. Pyramids and Grand Egyptian museum are within 10 mins drive. There are many shops and markets right below the hotel. Great views, good service, nice location, tasty food, flexible check-in and check-out. Definitely I will visit again next time I visit Cairo.
