The only thing I wish you would consider improving is the availability of hot water, as it would make the stay even more perfect

Noise

Great hotel in the middle of the action. Close to all the renowned shaorma eateries and restaurants and caffees. There us some noise from the main street so bring ear-plugs with. Also Egyptian Museum close nearby.

I booked a double room and found it was a triple room with three beds.

The location and the friendly staff also the view from balcony was super nice.

Very small room (10-12m²), basic and old furniture. Pictures are misleading. Quality of bathroom construction is poor. Door to the balcony does not close correctly so no way to keep the noise of the street out.. Would not stay longer then 3 nights. Wifi is often very slow.

A basic breakfast is served on the room between 8 and 11 at the time you like. My wish for a vegan breakfast has been fullfilled without any problems. A sitting area in the room as well as on the balcony, good for laptop work and smoking. Nice view on the busy shopping street from the balcony. Hot water in the bathroom without any problems.

New Panorama was a very good choice I liked it and would book it again .

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent stay at New Panorama Hotel. The room was tiny, with limited mobility, especially with large luggage. The bathroom was a major letdown - the toilet bowl was unstable, and the bathing towels were unusually small (more like face towels). I was also surprised to find out that the room I booked had a shared bathroom, and I had to pay an extra $10 to upgrade to a room with an attached bathroom. Other issues included: - No cups provided in the room - Breakfast required a 30-minute notice, which seemed inconvenient (I've attached photos) - The lift was in poor condition, and the ride to the 6th floor was intimidating (I've attached photos) -Given the issues I faced, I would not recommend this hotel to others. Perhaps the management needs to focus on improving the hotel's infrastructure and amenities to match its prime location.

The only positive aspect was the friendly reception staff. However, it's not enough to redeem the hotel's overall poor condition. Despite being in a great location, downtown and close to shops, the hotel's condition fell far short of expectations.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights during my trip to Cairo, and I had a really pleasant experience! The staff were super lovely and helpful from the moment I arrived. I noticed there was no water heater in my room, so I asked for one—and to my surprise, they brought it to me within just 5 minutes. Amazing service! I also discovered a small shared kitchen with a microwave, which was really convenient for heating my meals. The bed was incredibly comfy, which made it easy to relax after long days exploring the city. And speaking of the city—the location couldn’t have been better! Right in the center of Cairo, with metro stations nearby, it was easy to get around and explore. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, convenience, and kind staff in the heart of Cairo !

The room was dirty,the shower cold and the electricity went out at night , asking the staff for a candle was like insulting them , the lack of power wasn't their fault and there was nothing they could do to help ,the worst customer service ever seen in my life ,book with them and I guarantee you will be disappointed.
