The location is awful, out of town and close to nothing of interest. Transport is needed to get anywhere unless you are into long walks.

We where very unfortunate with our staying. There was a demolition process starting at 19pm till 5am, yes, during the all night. So the first night we didn’t sleep at all, and the second, probably because we didn’t sleep the night before, we slept it all. The breakfast was poor, it doesn’t have many fruits neither vegetables, just boiled egg, feta, slices of tomate and cucumber and coffee.

The view is incredible. The chef once knew that we were vegan, he cooked us some vegetables and falafel.

The place is new and everything is high quality in the room. The staff are very nice and the food is good. They even let us do a late checkout to accommodate our trip to the airport. The view on the Nile is something you shouldn't miss.

I have to mention a major inconvenience: accessing the lobby from the main street is really difficult due to a long set of stairs. There’s no ramp or easy alternative, which makes it especially tough if you have luggage, mobility issues, or are simply tired from traveling. It’s a real shame because the hotel itself has a lot of potential, but this accessibility issue was a big drawback during my stay. I hope they consider adding a solution in the future to make it easier for all guests to reach the lobby comfortably.

I had a truly wonderful stay at the Blue Lotus Nile Suites Hotel in Aswan! The first thing that took my breath away was the incredible view of the Nile—absolutely stunning, especially at sunrise and sunset. Whether you're relaxing on the balcony or having a meal, the scenery is just perfect and so peaceful. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. They went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed. Everyone had a warm smile and was happy to offer local tips or help with anything I asked. If you're looking for a place in Aswan with gorgeous views and genuine hospitality, I highly recommend Blue Lotus Nile Suites. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

It was a bit far from the center but the property had a driver we could hire and the city is not that big so everything was close with a car.

Very nice view of nature from the room! And the windows were huge! There’s a nice rooftop restaurant for breakfast/dinner with an amazing view as well!

This new hotel had a few minor snags that I raised with the management. They were keen to have feedback and I fully expect these to be sorted out over the next few weeks. If anything, my room was too large! A minor quibble that we would have preferred a buffet for our breakfast and it was quite chilly to sit outside at that time in early Feb. We could have had breakfast delivered to our (respective) rooms, where the balconies would have been more sheltered and still had a great view. The height above the river that produced the views meant a very long climb up from the main town - you'd have to be quite fit to walk this journey, and even fitter to enjoy it. So we had to find/order a taxi for each journey out and back. Hopefully a waiting taxi will establish itself in the next street once business picks up at the hotel and the very upmarket houses nearby are completed. There are absolutely no local facilities or services in the area - purely residential or being built, nor indeed a passable route nearby to walk along the river below. Google Maps suggests a direct walking route to a supermarket 12 mins away, but this is an AI hallucination, with a hidden steep drop on the satellite map.

We loved the fantastic views from our balconies, also from the benches in the nascent garden and the rooftop. These might be the best views in Aswan - we could see right down the Nile to the Cataract Hotels and up past the ruined fort nearby and the nature reserves opposite, to the Nubian Village. The staff and management in this new hotel were really eager to please. The breakfast was a fixed menu with a decent range of items, including omelette, that varied a bit from day to day, and we had no problem ordering more of the same items on the rooftop restaurant. The room was comfortable, including memory foam mattresses on the beds.

The place needs to be updated in the Google maps. There was no response when I called the property phone number. Had a big struggle to find the place. When the people around the property and cab drivers don't know this place yet as it's new.

Nile View from the room... Manager Islam is a wonderful person. He made arrangements to visit Nubian village and airport drop. After facing issue with other stay in Aswan this place, food and people really changed the view of Aswan. Thank you Islam... All the best for your future.

The con of this hotel is its location: it takes 15 mins from downtown by taxi, there are no restaurants in walking distance, the last part of the road is unpaved. I suggest placing some road signs to reach the hotel by car, our driver got lost. The breakfast is served on the terrace (February), in the open air: the view on the Nile is amazing but it was very cold. Room: no shower curtain. I hope they will fix these details.

The hotel has just recently opened: it’s a promising place but it needs some fine-tuning. Room: very clean, large, comfortable bed. I have especially appreciated the cleanliness. Staff is friendly but not fully fluent in English. Breakfast is okay. Quiet area. Great views.

Hotel does not have road, you have to climb leaders. The region is not safe, lots of dogs and insecurity.

We arrived at 2. A.M. and there was a heavy machine working in the street. Breaking some stones, or something like this. Very loud, but not related to the hotel. If you want to make the tours by yourself, keep in mind that it isn't very close to the center, but the tour guide picked us up in the reception, so it was not a problem.

The rooms are very comfortable and big. The balcony was very relaxing, with a good view of the Nile. The breakfast was good, with some local options. The terrace is very pleasant and has a nice view of the Nile. The staff was very helpful. We hired a transfer from the airport. The driver gave a ride to a policeman, and made a detour to a very suspicious place. It was a little scary, we were prepared to fight, but everything went well in the end! 🫣

Wifi signal quite weak.

Amazing stay! Huge rooms with all facilities. Food was great too and view was fantastic! We had an absolute blast of a time here. The only thing that did not work very well was the WIFI however I think this was because we were on the first floor which is below reception. Also the hotel is located in an unpaved road nonetheless we had a great stay. We’d definitely return here as the service, food, rooms and views are fantastic.

While the location wasn't a major drawback, it wasn't a problem with the staff's cooperation, and neither was getting in with luggage, thanks to the hotel staff. We were also fortunate enough to meet Ragab, an In Drive driver, who provided invaluable service (we can provide his contact number).

The staff is friendly and efficient. Upon arrival, we had a problem with the air conditioning in the room we had booked, and we were immediately upgraded to a superior room. The room was large, bright, and had direct views of the Nile, with air conditioning—highly recommended in Aswan, where temperatures exceed 40°C. The terrace, where breakfast was served (an excellent value for money), also had spectacular views of the Nile. In short, a very pleasant stay.

The location and road access is just terrible. We were there for just one night but it's still it was annoying. Even after you find it , you reach the second floor which is not the reception. Reception is level zero. I don't recommend it for longer stay just because of location and access issues, you will be dependent on the transport the hotel arranges for you

Staff was very nice and helpful and also arranged a short trip across the Nile for us. The rooms are comfortable and spacious with a nice view
