We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The hotel was convenient and well-priced in downtown Cairo. Most of the staff were helpful and my room was comfortable and quiet. The shared bathroom was as expected.

CanadaThe breakfast is a joke; no coffee, just lots of bread, and we asked for it before 8 before going on a tour and we were told it hadn't arrived. The building and the stairs are so dirty. The elevator doesn't always work. Cleanliness is an issue in the room, its carpet, the bathroom. The latter was kind of blocked and I had to rearrange a mass of hair in the drain so the water from showering would stream down.
Location is great. The kids working there are very nice and helpful- even though there was one, tall and well-built, who was a bit too nice, hitting on my girlfriend. Slow down, Casanova: not the place and or crowd!

QatarThe room was very very small The smell of the room was very bad They have two sections on the same floor. One under the name of new one season whick is new and modern and the other under the name of one season which is old and dirty. I was accommdated in the old one while i booked on the new one. They cheated me. The bathroom is too small to even sit on the toilat. The view of the room was awful.
