The room was large and comfortable with great air conditioning! The staff were also wonderful and arranged tours for me and transfers, as a solo female traveler they ensured my safety at all times. The swimming pool was great for cooling down!

Great team and accommodation. Anwa, Dasha, and the rest (do not know their names and I am afraid I will misspell them) were very friendly and willing to help at all times. The hotel is fine and the pool is certainly something remarkable in that location in Giza. The rooms are confortable with air conditioning. It is only a 5-minute walk to the pyramids gate. We also got a transfer from the airport at our arrival which was late at night. Good breakfast and also the restaurant at the rooftop has a nice view of the pyramids. It was definitely a good value for money.

Giza is quite chaotic and the streets around the hotel are full of horses and camels that serve those tourists that want to take a horse carriage or camel to the pyramids. Hopefully, the government can clean up that area in the future, as it is not very pleasant to walk there. There are some details in the room that could be improved, such as the bathroom door that could not be closed from the inside because the handle was missing, but these are still minor things.

Great view of the Pyramids. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly - nothing was too trouble and they made us feel very welcome! Great pool and courtyard area - family oriented! Linen was clean and pillows comfortable. Good shower. Food was good we enjoyed the breakfasts. Fabulous to be able to see the pyramids so close. Hotel also arranged and tour guide and driver for a day - which we enjoyed and our guide had so much knowledge!

The room needs some TLC - it looked like they are in the middle but of upgrading.

The hotel was small but adequate. Lots of maintenance needed and could have been cleaner. Staff in the restaurant especially Anwr were lovely and friendly. We felt a little pressure to take the yours they offered and these were expensive.

The hotel team is very friendly and helps you with everything you need. I really liked the decor and the overall colors of the hotel. You have a pool, that's incredible !!! On my last day, I had a problem with airport transportation, and the hotel manager took me to the airport. It was very kind of him. I'm very grateful.

The location was perfect and the staff were very attentive. The pick-up service was really efficient. They also organised a car&driver for our excursion which went very well.

Furniture in the hallways was nice but in the bedrooms very scrappy. There was insufficient protective restraint on the stairways. Quite dangerous!

The view of the pyramids was to be fair, spectacular we arrived on a Saturday in time for the sound and light show other than that not really must to like, sadly. Staff were nice and friendly and trying to make you welcome.

Unfortunately, photos on Booking.com portray the hotel to be to a slightly better standard / condition than it the currently it is. Our room was not great, a massive hole on the side of the mattress, but it served its purpose for our visit to the pyramids and GEM.

Amazing staff, click all the boxes pool, hotel service in transport and good offers price is good. Wonderful and welcoming staff. Near pyramid view. Near too market and restaurant.

Don’t expect too much because it’s not five star hotel but they give good service

The view from the rooftop and the restaurant of the hotel was the best! Absolutely worth it just for the view. The people at the reception were also very friendly and kind. They picked us up from the airport and they helped us with getting some cash out. They also arranged a very good pyramids tour for us for a good price and our tour guide Fayda was so knowledgeable and took us to some great spots..

The room was not clean. The bedsheets had stains on them and the towels as well. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent. It was also so small and it had a huge shower curtain that kept on touching you while you were trying to have a shower in there. Also the prices at the restaurant were high and the food was not that great compared to what we had at other stays in Luxor etc. The waiter also tricked us by adding 2 extra sides when we asked if the 2 sides that were written on the menu were included and we could choose them. So we ended up with duplicate sides, would they not just ask if we made a mistake? Clearly a tactic to get you to buy more food. It just felt that they always did everything for money which was not genuine.

The location was great in the heart of Giza with clear views of the pyramids. If you want to experience the true craziness of Cairo then this is the area for you with camels and horses riding past, kids playing in the streets, and locals going about their daily lives. We had great fun haggling for taxis and enjoying the neighbourhood. The staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pyramid views from the restaurant and had a generous breakfast every day. All in all a really authentic experience for a couple of days but best suited to adventurous travellers.

A few building hazards like the stairs and lift which are ‘creative’ and could do with a safety upgrade.

I really liked everything, Location, room, staff. Food, a laugh every morning with the people working there, they were very helpful, I only need to mention something to run and get it for me. A big shout out to Anwar, Maged, Noura, Maghdi, and more.. you guys were amazing and will indeed be missed.

Loved the location as it is so close to Sphinx and Pyramids, the room was standard but comfy, the food was delicious and the roof top view of the Pyramids is very special. The staff were wonderful and really went above and beyond to help us when we needed it. Really glad we booked here for the start of our Egypt adventure.

Maybe have something in bathroom the help clear the excess water after showering.

The location would be hard to beat. Fantastic views of the pyramids, which are in walking distance. The staff were kind and friendly. Our room had a view of the pyramids as did the restaurant and the rooftop sitting area. We didn't get to use the pool but when the weather is hot it would be good to have.

The weather was cold when we were there and the a/c could not be put on to heat the room. The staff kindly gave us a heater for the time we were there. It is a modest, family run place.

The staff at reception were really nice,ready to accommodate all of our needs( brought the ordered desert to our room, Ahmed made sure we had breakfast ready on our last day to take out). Three choices of breakfast. Gave us good advice on what to visit and how. We had a fantastic driver ( Mustafa) and an amazing guide Fayda, who made our stay very enjoyable and worth the money spent! Good distance to the pyramids and the Grand Museum

It was a bit cold in the rooms at night and the bathroom was a bit outdated, nothing to ruin our stay ,though! All the rest made our stay a memorable one! Not sure how safe it would be to go out in the area at night,I preferred to stay in anyway,after long days of visiting the local attractions or use the taxi 😊

If you are wondering if this is the right place to spend your vacation in Egypt the answer is yes. We could not have found a better place for our vacation here and I thank all the hotel staff from the bottom of my heart for making this experience unforgettable. Here you will find exceptional people, with a big heart, humble and hard workers who will do everything to make you feel good and at home. They are professionals but above all good people. I also recommend you to do the tours with the hotel, the prices are fair and the experience exceptional. I always felt safe, protected and carefree doing the tours with them. A special thanks to Obada, who took care of us these 8 days here, kept us company, drove back and forth to accompany us everywhere, translated and explained with patience and joy. An exceptional guy, professional, humble. 🙏❤️You can see that he really loves what he does. We will always carry you in our hearts Obada, we will miss you so much. Thanks also to Amir, at the reception. A person with great professionalism, kind hearted and always available and willing to solve any problems. (Even though there weren’t any). His English is perfect and he is one of the main pillars of this hotel. He made us feel welcomed and at home. Thanks also to Abdo, Yousef, Adam and all the guys at the hotel whose names I unfortunately don’t remember. All of you, you are a great team! The best hotel in Egypt for hospitality and guest care. Number one!

Super good location, very close to Giza pyramids entrance. Room is clean, food is good. All staff are very friendly and helpful! Can see pyramids and light show from the roof. Amir has been super helpful to answer our questions, introduce us fun activities and good restaurants around, we enjoyed the stay a lot, and our kid feels super happy here.
