Complimentary water is given in rooms. But at dinner, water and juice are only available for an extra charge. The hotel is near a busy road. We used taxis for our tours and excursions.

JAZ Pyramids Resort Cairo offers excellent amenities and a truly welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room offered plenty of comfort, and the bathroom was surprisingly generous in size. The food (we booked half board) was Buffet style and exceptionally delicious, and the staff were warm and attentive throughout our stay. The iconic Pyramids of Giza one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World are just a 13 minute drive from the hotel and truly a must see. Equally impressive, the Grand Egyptian Museum (GEM) is only 10 minutes away and showcases Egypt’s rich heritage in a stunning, modern setting. I also enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing massage with Jihan, recommended for anyone in need of a bit of pampering. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable experience in Cairo.

Hi i stayed in the hotel 3 days and i give very good feedback in booking reviews because there is some people who really make my trip great and some didn’t, however i noticed some negative points to share in friendly way and i wish you accepted, in the resort there was no supermarket or anyplace to buy things during the day or night time, around the area there is no where to go by walking to shop or to buy some necessary items, ( the pool service 😞😞😞, i dont want to share the full story but please more gentle with people ) as well in the pool there was group of 15 person from asian nationality they disturbed us when they are swimming and make a lot of noise, the food options are so limited, The reception team are great specially the girl that she welcomed us so friendly and helpful I will come again next year i hope u make it better

The staff was friendly and attentive- the housekeeping manager Mai even stopped by to make sure our room was being cleaned well! The meals were wonderful and the pool is fantastic!

The breakfast could have been better, in my opinion. I have had much better breakfasts in local cafes so only went in once and after that ate elsewhere.

The hotel is lovely. The room was great and the bathroom was huge! Great aircon, wonderful staff and a lovely pool area. The complex feels like it is miles away from the hustle and bustle of the city and is really relaxing. The staff all went out of their way to ensure our stay was good and worked really hard to keep the complex pristine.
