Recensione verificataPulizia Piscina Cordialità tutti veramente carini e cordiali. Sono venuti incontro alle nostre esigenze eravamo un gruppo numeroso. Una menzione speciale ai bagnini gentili e molto premurosi! La piscina pulitissima.
Unico neo come anche detto a loro per essere un hotel al Cairo il prezzo dei servizi aggiuntivi è veramente esagerato. Parcheggio a pagamento orario! Abbiamo cenato in hotel e pagato un prezzo molto eccessivo per il posto.

Recensione verificataColazione ottima, struttura molto silenziosa e tranquilla, immersa nel verde. Pulizia ottima, buona nella camera.
Abbiamo soggiornato due notti, ma il secondo giorno non ci hanno pulito la camera, numero 2009 e 2013. È vero che partivamo il giorno dopo, ma visto lo standard io ero certa che ci avrebbero pulito la camera. Non ho riferito nulla alla reception, e in tal caso avrebbero provveduto immediatamente, perché il giorno dopo partivamo.

Porta della stanza scorrevole, ma ci voleva una forza sovrumana per chiuderla. La prima sera ottimo buffet con cena inclusa ma le altre due sere non c'era il buffet ma ti facevano scegliere tra tre opzioni. Non c'era mai cibo italiano nel trattamento mezza pensione.

Recensione verificataLa posizione: vicino il MEG e le grandi Piramidi. I ragazzi della reception e delle pulizie molto gentili e professionali.
Ho alloggiato in questo Resort avendo la mezza pensione e sinceramente non mi aspettavo che mi dovevo portare l'acqua durante i pasti o pagarla "oro" venduta da loro... Almeno scrivetelo!!!! P.S.: Migliorate anche la cucina!!!!

Recensione verificataAvevo già alloggiato nelle strutture Jaz e per questo motivo avevo scelto questa struttura al Cairo. Non ha deluso le mie aspettative, camera molto grande, personale gentile e varietà di pietanze a colazione e cena.
Forse l'aria condizionata troppo alta al ristorante ma ho visto che è così un po' dappertutto

Recensione verificataC'era troppo rumore in stanza, si sentiva qualsiasi cosa! Cuscini anche scomodi 0 insonorizzazione. Ho chiesto per lo più un taxi per il giorno dopo per tornare in aeroporto che avevo pagato 30$ e loro nell'hotel ne volevano 90$! Massaggio in spa non era per niente fatto bene per 60$.

Recensione verificataIl resort e’ costituito da alloggi singoli, disposti uno accanto all’altro, che si affacciano sui giardini curatissimi. La cucina del ristorante offre diverse opzioni a buffet di buona qualità sia a pranzo che a cena. Io non amo le spezie ma qui non ne viene fatto un largo utilizzo (tranne nei piatti tradizionali), per cui mi sono trovata davvero bene. C’è una piscina adeguata per dimensioni e pulita, con fornitura di lettini e asciugamani. Presente un bar all’aperto e una sala giochi con biliardo, biliardino, Ping pong…tutto gratuito Il personale e’ gentilissimo, sempre sorridente e disponibile Sicuramente la distanza dal Cairo rende questo posto un’oasi di relax con aria più respirabile rispetto alla città
Il resort e’ posizionato a pochi km dalle piramidi e dal nuovo museo egizio ma per arrivare in città al Cairo occorrono circa 40 minuti di auto. Nelle vicinanze non ci sono bar o ristoranti, per cui e’ necessario organizzarsi per i pasti (noi abbiamo usufruito della colazione tutti i giorni e la cena per due sere su quattro ma pagando al momento si spende di più, quindi vale la pena valutare le eventuali necessità in fase di prenotazione)
